My experience at Sleep Inn Nashville was disappointing, and I expected much better from this hotel. The check-in time was 2 PM, but we arrived around 4 and were told to wait 15 minutes because housekeeping was still cleaning. After waiting, we went back and were told to wait another 5 to 10 minutes, which was frustrating given we arrived two hours after check-in. Eventually, we got a different room. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. The room had no peephole, just tape over the peephole area, which felt unprofessional. The TV was very small, and the microwave door was hard to open. Breakfast had no eggs, bacon, or toast, just a waffle maker you had to use yourself and very weak coffee that looked nothing like regular coffee. Overall, the delayed check-in, unhelpful staff, room issues, and limited breakfast made the stay frustrating.
