The bed sheets were clean, but that's is where the hotel cleanliness ended. No Door on the bathroom, we didn't stay for the breakfast, mostly because we didn't trust what we were going to get. 1/5 stars is generous. Do Better.

Room was dirty, no TV remote, or cups, just a sheet and cover, q q 1 shower curtain rod almost off the wall, roaches in the bathroom, NO breakfast like the website states. There was coffee, juice, and yogurt.

The breakfast didn't open at all due to no food. My room was ok just the whirlpool tubes wouldn't push water out of the tub walls. The curtains was still not changed out due to the tairs on them. I have stayed in this hotel at least 5x And your front desk clerks do not know anything on the rewards program for members

Had to take comforter off bed it was stained with blood dirty towels in the corner when you walked in the toilet didn't flush my husband had to take lid off to flush dog throw up in the hallway we checked in at midnight tired from traveling from Texas 20 hrs to tired to go complain thankfully we had a blanket

This property was poorly maintained. Things were moldy, barely put together, the bathtub leaked from the moment we entered to the moment we left, and it’s in an oddly sketchy area by the airport.

Our stay was terrible! The TV didn’t work, there wasn’t a door on the bathroom, no bathroom amenities, the mini fridge/freezer had a busted pop mixed in the ice! The lights in the lamps didn’t work, one had a shortage. The staff was very nice and did upgrade our room the next day that was a little better. They also said they had breakfast in the morning but only had cereal and yogurt with stale looking muffins, I did see a waffle maker but the guy said it wasn’t working. I do not recommend this place at all!

The pool was still not in working conditions since I stayed 3 weeks ago. The ice machine was down again. The curtains in the room was torn. The front windows in the lobby are never cleaned. The front desk clerk The GM was more noticable and giving out more informative

There were holes in the wall, carpet pulled up from the wall, the blinds were missing/ or damaged, carpet power still on the floor, cigarette holes in the comforters. We needed up not staying her! When talking with the staff they didnt seem surprised at all that we weren't going to be staying and wanted a refund!

We checked in and our room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The desk attendant was very apologetic, but we did not stay at the property. My wife was too creeped out to stay. I expected much more from a Wyndham property. Ick!

The room was disgusting, booked last minute on a whim, based on price and location to my event. The pictures on the Hotels App is a representation of the hotel from 20 years ago. We didn’t shower the bathroom was so gross, the room had the bed jammed in the corner of the room, carpet peeling off, peephole covered over cause it was gone off the door, toilet paper holder half hanging out the wall. Ice machine broken, hallways aren’t clean. Had 3 of the smallest most over used pillows ever asked for more, staff said they didn’t have any. We then covered them in our own shirts for sleeping. If I thought there was a chance I’d get my money back I’d have cancelled and booked else where but didn’t want to be out on a hotel twice. We questioned the continental breakfast, some muffins, yogurt and cereal with big notes on everything “food stays in kitchen area”.
