I recently stayed at your property on 10/4-10/5 and wanted to share my concerns regarding the condition of my room. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the cleanliness and comfort standards I expected from Holiday Inn.
Upon checking in, I noticed that the room was not properly cleaned, there were leftover drinks in the refrigerator, and the air conditioner was not working properly. Did not work. I found out later that the cords were not plugged in properly. Most concerning, the toilet was clogged and would not flush. I had to go to the front desk to speak with your staff to contact maintenance, and they left a plunger in the bathroom for me to use, which was both inconvenient and unsanitary.
I requested to be relocated to another room, but I was told that no rooms were available. The staff’s response to my concern felt dismissive and rude, which added to my disappointment.
I’m sharing this feedback not only because of the inconvenience I experienced, but because I believe it’s important for management to be aware of these issues to improve future guest experiences.
I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter and any steps that can be taken to address it.
