We arrived late in the evening after driving 14 hours. Our room was filthy. There was urine on the bathroom floor; one bed had blood on the sheet and the other had hair under the blankets and the floor was so sticky I didn't want to put my 4 and 11 pound dogs on the floor. Went to the front desk and was told we could switch rooms, ironically, when we went to room 212, there was also hair under the blankets and that room was dirtier than our first room. I was advised there was no where else to go in the hotel. I requested a refund and was told a manger would have to do it in the morning. Had we not driven 14 hours and were exhausted, we would have left. Absolutely disgusting. Next morning, i was advised by the assistant manager he "could not issue a refund" and that "corporate does not authorize us to do so", but he would refund $25.00 as half the pet fee. I was also told to email the Owner, Shivat Patel, but received no response and no refund in any form or manner.
