It looks much better in online. Our room smelled like pee and the restroom drain was strong as well. We killed three big spiders in the restroom while on our 3 night stay. The hall way carpets and floors are not clean at all.

Our previous stay of the Country Inn was really nice, updated areas and room. All was spiffy! On this stay we were on the third floor. The hall carpet is a mess. It absolutely needs to be replaced. The mattresses seemed like old ones. They creaked and were not as comfortable as the mattresses in the more updated floor that we had on the previous visit. We were disappointed.

It was clean and modern. It was a non smoking room but had a strong smell like deodorizer in it. Other than that it was perfect stay,

The breakfast was probably the worst I have ever experienced at any property. There were two pieces of bread and very little undercooked eggs. Also a bruised apple and one cutie.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

The public areas were filthy. The carpet in the hallways were unraveling and were very dirty. The floors in the bathroom were tile…. The grout was black from dirt, not light gray like under the sink area. I would shower and walk to the bed and my feet would already be dirty from the floor. The breakfast was the same everyday. The eggs were disgusting. I had to keep telling the staff to restock the milk and other food every morning so we could eat. Looked like they didn’t vacuum the hallway, there was food crumbs everywhere everyday, all throughout the hallway. For the price of 165 per night, this was the biggest rip off!!

Time for an upgrade on a few things. Our bed and bed frame was not the best. The hotel was clean and the people we met helpful; just time for some work to be done on the place.

I stayed in this hotel for six days (October 6th through October 12th). They were replacing the carpeting and other renovations and there was dust and dirt everywhere as well as the constructruction noise. When I checked in there were dirty footprints in my bathroom that had never been removed. They stayed that way throughout my stay. On Friday I left the room about nine and returned about about five. They had not made up my room at all, No clean sheets or towels. When I went to the front desk to inquire about it they had no explanation. When I asked what they were going to do about it the response was "Nothing, the cleaning staff had left for the day." I later learned other guest had experienced the same situation. On Sundaty I left the room about the same time and when I returned it was the same thing. When I inquired at the front desk I got the same response. Absolutely amazing for a Radisson Hotel!

Breakfast was really great in selection and hot items available. Very clean and orderly. Staff was very congenial and helped me with a reservation error on my part. Room was very clean, just needed a little painting in the bathroom.

This is one of the cleanest places I've stayed at. The breakfast changes up a little every day and awesome choices. I highly recommend this for anyone. Rooms are big. Definitely gets a 100+%

325 definitely has something going on in it the air quality was really bad, there was no working fan in the bathroom, the ac had a bad smell, i tried to honestly spend most my time there out of my room, and also ended up leaving a day early because i started getting very sick, and after turning the shower on I started vomiting not long after, ended up having a mold induced sickness, would not stay here. Im still recovering,

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel itself was nice. The floor was disgusting & made our feet black! The elevator was weirdly placed & didn’t feel the safest. The ice was only on the 1st floor. NO SHOWER PRESSURE! The staff was super friendly & helpful though & the breakfast was your basic potatoes, sausage, eggs, gravy, cereals, waffles, bagels/toast. Also there was NO exit map in the room in case there was a fire! Over all I'd give this place a 4/5 only because the price was good & it was only an 1 1/2 away from Rocky Mountain National Park.
