Good forcthe price however there was a very noisy guest in which kept me up throughout the night the floors are also creaky but it isnt the hotels faylt they were up until past 1am. The receptionist was very helpful and freidnly also

So when I booked the hotel website said dog friendly .I then arrived and was told it was no longer dog friendly they changed there rules a day before we booked but hadn't put that on the website that they no longer accepted pets .the member of staff was quite rude her exact words to me were I am being forced to let a dog stay that isn't supposed to stay .this made me feel uncomfortable and with someone with autism it made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome.we couldn't go anywhere as we wasn't able to leave the dog in hotel because they wouldn't allow it as in the past they had a problem with another dog .we had to pay Ā£15; for my dog and Ā£50 deposit.that then took away half of my spending money .we had no plug in bathroom we was given a pool ball with a cloth .the bed had lots of crumbs in the bed that we had to shake it the bed .the night time staff was nice .this was a bit disappointing but still enjoyed my time in bp just wouldn't recommend the stay and I wouldn't recommend the hotel

Don't book unless you have Ā£50 extra cash.

Was charged an additional Ā£50 on top of last minute increased price. Apparently a ' deposit ' expected in immediate cash by my colleague whom I booked for. Declined leaving cash. Card charged an additional Ā£50 immediate paypoint. Checking out. Advised ' tell them to call us ' for the refund of the suprise additional charge. They DO NOT answer the phone. Be warned. Still not answering to myself or the staff from Hotels. Com. Ridiculous service. Not up to par at all for additional prices. Service is a joke.

Nice place

Warm welcome on arrival with everything explained. Please make sure you have cash for the damage deposit (this was refunded on check out) comfy room with large smart TV. Big fluffy towels and a decent shower. Was ideal for what we needed. Location was pretty much in the middle between South and Central Piers. Only downside was other guests being noisy

We had a great stay only negative was you never informed them we had 2 dogs so we had to go up 2 flights, and one dog was blind and had to be carried, but Sarah the mamagrr er I think was friendly and helpful.

2 NIGHT FAMILY STAY

Only stayed 1 night, couldn't face 2. Was charged a Ā£50 cash bond.The mattresses were covered in cling film, not very comfortable. Office blinds were stapled at the bottom. They dont have plugs for the sinks. I had to move the refreshments table to get to the only plug socket for the kettle. The socket was behind the wardrobe and the bathroom light switch was down the other side of the wardrobe. Nothing to sit on except the bed. Do not book this hotel. We did not take any photos.

It was ok where we stayed although should have reviewed a bit more in depth as wife's needs with her disability to manage the stairs hadn't taken into account so really must check for ground floor accommodation in future to be fair. Not the hotels fault as take full responsibility for this. Ā£10 parking was handy just at back of hotel. Ā£50 deposit which would be returned after room checked wasnt a problem either

Ā£71 fortnight family room so just expected what we paid for a bed for the night.. was very surprised from the moment we entered was a lively welcome nice clean room and comfy bed pool room for a little play was very impressed and would definitely go again. Was just off sea front too so not right in the noisy street but on the side street was perfect. Complimentary tea coffee in room too.

Would stay here again

We was impressed when we was given our room, for the price we paid you couldnā€™t fault it. The room and bedding was very clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied in the room. The towels were very soft and fluffy. The bed was the comfiest bed Iā€™ve slept in with a memory foam mattress, the pillows were lovely and soft. We was able to get a parking spot on the road outside the hotel, however they do have parking on site at a cost, The lady on reception was really welcoming and friendly. We would stay here again with no hesitation

My 3 Days in Blackpool

We arrived, and I was wary because when I booked,it was quite cheap! However, on arrival, we were rather early so we could only register, not book in. The young man Dawid was extremely polite. we were shocked at first, as I hadn't noticed in the reservation description, that a Ā£50 deposit per room was taken, and was returned as we checked out, an older gentleman who was in attendance at the time said just take for one room, we obviously looked honest, and perhaps were older than the normal clientele! ha! ha! Also we had to pay for the parking, I understood it was limited, but again shocked it was Ā£10 a night. But to be quite honest this wasn't a large problem, but I would have again liked to have known before, when I first booked, but did I miss these 2 things, perhaps this was in small print? No idea! But it was really only a small problem. I must admit, it would have been nice to have had a lift, we live in a bungalow, I was 2.5 flights up, my sister 2, but again, not really a disaster. It just wore us out! Ha! Ha! We were very impressed that our room had been cleaned and a change of towels on our 2nd day, I wasn't really bothered as we left today, but this helps to get a gold star! I always judge by cleanliness and the shower, both of these were excellent. Along with very polite staff! Having not been to Blackpool for 49 years, I was shocked how the area was quite run down as a pleasure beach, it really wasn't so pleasutrable! But las Palmas was Grand!

Stayed for 1 week with the wife and did not receive clean towels or bedding.The room was nice despite this and very clean upon arrival thankfully. The main issue i had was the parking as it was very difficult to get to due to the long and extremely narrow entrance. If you have anything besides a small hatchback i would definitely reccomend finding elsewhere to park. Our stay was still more than worth the money as the price was very reasonable for what i received.
