The room is not designed for a wheelchair user.
The bathroom was not clean
The was a pungent smell in the room that kept you awake all night
Having a wet room is one thing, have a room for a wheelchair user is another
a) a plank of 4- 2 wood as a threshold is a wheel chair users nightmare
d) clothes rail that is to high for a person in a wheelchair to reach
c) a shower fixture to high to reach
One tea bag and one sachets of sugar, for two people on a two night stay is very poor.
No room service,
No draws to put clothes in
Last but not least, the traffic noise is constant all night as the room is very so close to the road.
