Funcionários bastante prestáveis, o quarto que nos atribuíram superou as expectativas. Apesar de se notar que é um hotel antigo, os esforços para o modernizar são notórios. O espaço do lobby e da piscina é muito agradável. A localização é top. Irei voltar definitivamente!

Hotel ideal para uma noite antes ou depois de um Cruzeiro. Um bocado já antigo ,mas limpo. Pequeno almoço muito basico.

Recomendo este Hotel para quem queira ficar uma noite ou duas em Miami. Mesmo que queira ir a Miami Beach , são cerca de 15 mn de carro. Definitivamente voltarei a ficar lá sempre que for a Miami.

"Hotel Mondrian em Miami - South Miami Beach"
Tivemos uma boa experiência neste Hotel, o restaurante é muito bom, a decoração /instalações bonita e bem satisfatórias, exceto o piso externo ao redor da piscina que por ser preto esquenta muito e fica impossível de andar descalso. "Fantastic view"
We were upgraded to the bayview suite with balcony. The view is absolutely fantastic. The pool is beyond comparison. The only thing that I found disturbing for the room is on the wall behind TV there is a giant note says "termite"...

"Gorgeous"
As advertised.. Really nice pool and sitting area over seeing the water. Good food, at what you expect to pay. Rooms are comfy and stocked. Lots of phony people roaming around but its worth it. Close to MIA and Cruise Terminal.
"Amazing!"
Stayed twice in one week. Will definitely return. Staff is great! Pool party on Sunday should have started on time and miusic could have been louder, but not a big issue. Room upgrade was perfect!
"Weekday Construction"
When we called to complain about the tile work (wet saw cutting tile, pounding, loud conversations among workers, etc) happening on the floor above us, we were told that the top level is condos, not hotel, and that the unit owners can make all the construction noise they want during the day, weekdays.
Brilliant hotel, the great location. Unbelievable atmosphere. Definitely not one for the family. Only downside has been I have found an unauthorised charge on my credit card after checking out for a bottle of patron which was open in my mini bar when we checked in. I even notified reception 5mins after checking in.

Awesome hotel and location! However experience service failure twice from the Reception desk! Called 4 times for an adapter ! Never received any follow up calls on delivery delay and never got it! "Mondrian ROCKS"
Grew up in S. Miami and know SoBe quite well - what a great diversion to the hyped up, over the top scene in Central So Be! Gorgeous pool, incredibly friendly staff (an oxymoron in these parts) and very cool ambiance/design of rooms, open spaces, hotel at large. Will not stay anywhere else ever again!
"Mondrian Hotel"
Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast at the restaurant is just OK. We only had one meal so I can't rate the dinners. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, I would recommend renting scooters to zip around town... super fun!
"The beautiful Mondrain on South Beach."
All praise and no complaints. Everything about the hotel is just right. It's a must visit destination. Valet was great, room service was great,outdoor staff was great and Asia DeCuba was amazing. Overall I give it 5 stars.

"Very nice but very cold and modern"
This is a very nice hotel but it also has a very modern aesthetic that is not my taste at all. It is all cold hard lines. It is very sexy and very south beach but I prefer the standard which is also very sexy (probably sexier) and very south beach but has a more natural organic feel to it. The Mondrian is great for what it is, a hotel where people party […] on the weekends and are not close to the beach at all. We drove to the beach, a cab is another option. "Mondrian Hotel in South Beach - Bad service"
OUR BREAKFAST TOOK OVER 45 MIN. TO ARRIVE AFTER BEING SEATED. WAITED 30 MIN. TO TAKE OUR ORDERS, BREAKFAST DISHES CAME LUKEWARM & TOAST COLD, ORDER CAME INCORRECT & AFTER COMPLAINING WE RECEIVED AN APOLOGY AND A $200.00 BILL FOR 5 PERSONS. ASKED FOR BUTTER & TEA 3 TIMES BEFORE FINALLY GETTING IT. CALLED GEN'L MNGR. TO COMPLAIN AND LEFT MESSAGE BUT DID […] NOT RETURN OUR CALL! CONCIERGE WAS NOT ON SITE MOST TIMES SO WE CALLED FRONT DESK AND DESK CLERK HAD TO RECOMMEND PLACES TO EAT. ON SUNDAY THEY CHARGE PUBLIC TO USE POOL IT WAS VERY CROWDED LEAVING VERY FEW CHAISES FOR GUESTS, NOT TO MENTION CROWD BEING DRUNK, BOISTEROUS AND UNRULY. Ler mais
"Unfriendly customer service"
The hotel is actually very nice. If customer service was as nice as the hotel, it would be one of the best hotel. It was like it wasn't part of the staffs' culture to be nice with people. It was a 1-star hotel customer service. the doors allow noise to be heard from outside easily. Good price though for such a big hotel.
"Great Hotel that nickel and dimes you to dealth..."
I like the hip factor and right on the water, but it was quite expensive to entertain there.. We had lunch Cuban Sandwich, Salad and two drinks.. Almost 100 dollars with tip.. So, I took my clients out to other restaurants in the area. I suggest that the hotel gives guest staying in the hotel some sort of discount whereever they dine in the hotel.. "Mondrian - Beautiful Hotel But Superficial Crowd"
The Mondrian was a beautiful hotel. The room was immaculate, and just gorgeous. The front desk staff was very good. The front desk staff allowed us to check in early, and were very courteous. However.... We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant (I believe it's called Asia de Cuba). The server there charged us for coffee ($6) even though it came with […] my meal. I complained about it, and the server argued back at us and refused to take off the charge because my partner drank the coffee! I finally had to ask for the supervisor, who took off the charge. Also, when we were hanging out at the pool, we tried to order bottles of water ($11 each), and the cocktail waitress would keep passing us up and not bring our water. She finally looked at us and said, "oh yeah, your water." But she went around serving everyone else's drinks and we waited for another 30 minutes, but never got our water.... There are a bunch of superficial party people there, but the hotel itself is really nice. I heard in some people's reviews that it was noisy, but we did not have that problem. Whoa Hotel, if you are into design you will enyoy this hotel. Beatiful Lobby and pool area, Our room was huge, full kitchen, living with plasma tv, great bathroom, although shower was not very clean.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel and love it. The suites are very large, modern and comfortable. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and set us up with great dinner reservations every night. The pool party was packed with beautiful people and a lot of fun. "Quite nice but quite overpriced"
Lovely hotel but greatly overpriced. Evenings get very noisy. Staff very friendly but not much follow through. The front desk took information and promised someone would get back to me ASAP, but nobody ever did.
"Watch Out For Valet Parking Fees even if you eat at the restaurant"
The Big Problem was the $37 per night parking fee even on a weekday. A friend came by to invite me to breakfast at the hotel. He had to pay the $37 valet parking fee even though we spent over $45 for breakfast at the hotels restaurant. My guest had breakfast and left for work but still had to pay the $37 parking fee. I requested a credit for atleast […] 1 of the parking fees & my request was declined. This Hotel is really Chic & Trendy. The Front desk was very nice & helpful. "Great for the money"
My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the architecture and design of the hotel. the amenities were amazing especially the gym and the pool. They had a pretty cool pool party thing going on that our friends joined us for, however, we did have some difficult time catching someone to get us towels and the food we ordered by the pool took some time […] to come. "If you like pretentious people and lots of noise - stay here"
however if like me you expect some peace and quiet in your room at night I suggest you DON'T stay here. The Mondrian seems to attract a clientele that is of the pretentious, party-all-night, Hip-hop star wannabee kind. My family unfortunately landed a room next to one of these types and on the first night was kept up for over an hour with very loud […] partying that sounded like it was in my actual room (poor insulation) the second night there was screaming and shouting that went on for an hour in same room which woke up all from sleep at 3am! Calls to front desk resulted in a slow response from security and 2 sleepless nights for me, my husband and small child. The only compensation offered was a free night which after this experience I would not accept a free week! When asked if we could purchase a small glass of milk for our toddler (something that is free at the Ritz or Marriott) the bar staff said they couldn't accomodate and we would have to pay $8 for it & have delivered by room service!! Last time I checked you could buy 3 gallons of milk for this price - ridiculous. If hotels like the Mondrian don't want to service people correctly that book through Hotels.com then they shouldn't offer rooms through this service. it's as if they consider you a lower class client - I for one consider getting a good nights sleep a basic requirement and will be sticking withh Ritz or Marriott going forward. "Very Cool"
The hotel's decor is so cool that your never bored. We had a terrific stay. They upgraded us to a suite at no charge on top of the tiny price we paid through Hotels.com. Definitely will go back.

"Find out what you get"
Overall an good hotel and what one would expect from a Mondrian hotel (although, I am yet to be fully convinced about whether Mondrians are value for money). Nice large rooms. 2 caveats: (1) I found the food (for its price) in Asia de Cuba a little bland. Halve the price and no complaints. (2) They advertise that you can use the pool and beach […] facilities of the other two hotels in the group on South Beach (the Shore Club and the Delano) - this is not the case and we received contradictory explanations varying from we can't use them to yes, you can but it'll cost you $20 per lounger and $20 per umbrella - remarkable. "Great Experience"
Amazing pool (no beach). Totally weird, fun, amazing decor. Best sunset watching in Miami. Only drawback was the shower in my room--leaked all over the floor. Must be a Morgans thing. The Shore Club and Delano showers do the same thing.
"Amazing Hotel"
I a HUGE fan of The Morgans Group! Their eye for design, staffing and service always exceed my expectaions. The views are amazing - opt for a bayview! The Hotel restaurant Asia de Cuba is flawless!
"Needs to file off the rough edges"
It is a new property, and there is still a big learning curve. There is a teapot, but no tea. There was no one to help us with our many bags or the door when we arrived late at night. In calling the front desk to advise of our late arrival and request for a late check out - our phone call was disconnected 6 times, and the people we did speak to were […] very rushed in their delivery. The front desk first gave us a key that didn't work, then a key to a room that was occupied by someone else. Third try was a charm - but the room didn't have the bayview we were expecting - it was more like a NY view of the park (a half inch of green between buildings) You could use the beach at the sister property, but not the pool, and there was no transportation between the two. The service desk totally rocked - that guy was the BEST! Room service was prompt and the food delicious. There was dust on the half wall above the bed. The decor sacrificed inviting for hip - not the sophisticated Stark drama, and overkill on the "hello, I am a Dutch designer to everything is going to be from a Dutch viewpoint." We are in South Beach, show me Sleeping Beauty's castle from a Miami point of view. Oh, this is the best part, no comment cards. No stationary or pads or pens at the desk. None of the glamour of the Clift or Delano. Overall, great concept, poor execution. Breaks our heart because we were really interested in picking up a little place with a slip in this area - but, after one night, decided not at this property, not at any price. Ler mais

Hotel molto cool e giovanile. camere grandissime e molto ben pulite. servizio e cortesia dello staff al top.
Overrasket over hvor dyrt alt er, frokost buffet er ca 80usd. Kult design på hotellet. Kjempe fin utsikt, vakker solnedgang. Vil gjerne bo der neste gang vi er i Miami. - Har ikke egen strand, får bruke Delano sin.

We stayed in a studio room and it was a great size and beautifully decorated. The pool area has really nice views of the ocean and Miami. Design is amazing - I love Marcel Wanders modern and fresh style! Of course drinks and food are a bit more expensive here but it´s worth it! There were guests of all ages but mostly younger couples/families looking to relax and have fun. Great DJ in the bar on friday/saturday night. Perfect location for a couple or friends get away! Wer das Besondere zu schätzen weiß, ist hier richtig. Die Nachmittagssonne über dem Wasser und die Bar im Außenbereich lassen den Ankömmling die leichte Atmosphäre genießen.
