Ótima estadia. A recepção é excelente, todos os funcionários atenciosos e os apartamentos muito limpos. O único ponto negativo é a idade dos móveis e acabamentos que, pelo visto, não sofrem modificação há muitos anos.

o hotel e muito bonito, mas o cassino fica lotado, o acesso ao hotel fica por dentro do cassino ,o que deixa tudo muito confuso,barulhento e com um cheiro de cigarro insuportavel.O hotel perde o glamour com estes aspectos negativos. Quanto ao quarto, e muito bom, com todas as comodidades . A vista para a fonte e o ponto alto.

"Haciendump"
Stayed at this hotel/casino because it was close to the hoover dam. Should have looked more closely at the hotel's ratings. The room was disgusting, full of stains on the sheets, walls, and toilet. I did not want to walk around barefoot on the carpet, let alone stand in the shower. The casino was small with not much table variety, but the band that […] played was great as well as the service from the cocktail waitresses. I would have much rather taken the extra 10 minutes to drive to the dam and spend a few more dollars on a neighboring hotel than suffer another night in this there. This was the 4th time we've stayed here and we will again. It is not the "lap of luxury" but it's OK. The room rates are not super low but they're fair. The food is not amazing but it is good, and reasonably priced. The room was clean and we had a good night's sleep. There is enough of a variety of gaming for our wishes. The staff didn't gush and fawn […] all over us but they were all polite and answered any questions we had professionally. It is the perfect "bridge" between our timeshares in Arizona and Vegas. "Ok place"
Hacienda was okay. Beds weren't that comfy. Food and bar was okay. I was visiting friends so U needed a place to stay. I would stay there again

Very outdated hotel. Staff not very friendly. Smoke smell was everywhere...restaurant staff very put out if ordering from menu vs. buffet.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. The bed is very comfortable, the location is perfect for us as we travel from Tucson back to Northern Nevada. The staff is friendly and everything was great even good food in the cafe.

The Hacienda was perfectly located in between the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. We are non smokers so we were very discouraged when we entered the hotel and were consumed with the smell of cigarette smoke. To our surprise our room was completely smoke free. I found this hotel to be in a perfect location for my trip the next day to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. The room was very large and comfortable except for one thing, the room seemed to be a little dated and had the musty smell of an older room that had not seen a proper carpet shampooing since the Eisenhower admin. "Hacienda at Boulder"
An older casino resort type hotel - large room and perfectly comfortable. Not a modern state of the art hotel but very good value for money - suited us well as a stoppover, arriving at Vegas by air and driving in the morning towards Phoenix.

"Worth the visit"
This hotel is a hidden gem. It feels like a family run Casino. It is small and personal with very attentive staff and dealers. It is close to Las Vegas and close to Boulder Dam.
A little dated, (it's in a very touristed area) but very clean. The front desk staff were great. You can walk from the hotel parking lot to the Five Tunnel trail that funs along the rim of Lake Mead. Wonderful views of the lake.
"Not Pet Friendly"
We booked for a pet room. It was on the 2nd floor. Our dog is old and couldn't go down the stairs. No place to walk him. Nothing but asphalt. Costs for pets was higher than others where we have stayed.

"Solid Choice"
My friends and I were centering our visit around Lake Mead and Boulder City, and the hotel was very convenient. The room, with two queen beds and a sofa, was quite large. The hotel has been around for awhile, and it shows, but a great value on the southeast end of Vegas.

"Close to our destination - Hoover Dam"
Hotel was nice especially for the price that we paid. It did not include the complimentary high speed internet access but it suffice because it was very close to Hoover Dam.

Great location ... with great food of all types at multiple locations within the hotel/casino (24 hours a day). Rooms were first rate and I appreciated the "in room" coffee brewer (used "pod" coffee that was restocked daily ... free ... by room service). I had friends come over one evening for the "buffet" (2 of 9 ordered the prime rib) ... and I […] am still hearing from all of them "how great it was" (had to extract the whole crowd from the gift shop and the casino area after the meal). Parking was not a concern (location or security) ... I did have to take an elevator to my room on the 6th floor and go downstairs for ice ... but ... I stayed 4 days (for a competitive sporting event) and I just don't think I could have done any better. I look forward to staying at the Hacienda next year for the same event. Leia mais
"Lousy Beds and Flat pillows"
The location and pricing of this hotel was ok but the beds were the worst I've ever slept on. The pillow were 2" thick (when fluffed) they were stiff and provided no comfort. I asked for and upgraded room and was advised ALL the beds in the hotel are the same. Location to Lake Mead was excellent and the service was adequate. The bar area however, had […] only 10 stools and no other places to sit or dance to the band (not very accommodating) towards the guests looking for drinks or listening to good music. was told my room would be on 3rd floor but at time of checkin was given 10th floor. Dog next door woke me up at 5:00 a.m. with his barking. Perhaps pets could be in a special location. One man checking in had 4 dogs!

Hotel location was convenient to the airport, but overall it was old and rooms were run-down; bathroom shower was dark and needs refurbishing. Ate at buffet restuarant, food was bad, should have been thrown out the day before. Enjoyed the casino.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here! Room was comfy, clean and quiet. Restaurants were good. Casino was fun for the night. You cannot beat this place for the price!
"Hacienda great place to gamble"
This is the stopping point between Tucson and Salt Lake so we always stay here. The rooms are a little run down but you can't beat the price. Also the casino is great with $2 black jack and $1 craps. Also a midnight egg breakfast for $1. We always have a good time. The room are a little run down but the sheets are clean.

This hotel was easy to locate and fine for just a quick nights rest. I didn't find the hotel staff very friendly, and there are no hair dryers in the room, but convenient location right on 93.

"Great Time"
Stayed one night and enjoyed the hotel, restaurant and pool. Wanted to watch a movie but the cinema was closed. Hotel is close to Hoover Dam, which we visited after check-out.
"Hacienda Hotel in Boulder City - close family fun"
Enjoyed the sceneic view of hotel and surrounding hotel. Can see helicopter take off and land but couldn't hear it, get for toddler boys. Minutes from Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, Willow Lake and much more... Had a blast with our family. Walking through casino kinda smokey, but only for a few seconds until you get on elevator. Friendly informative staff.
"Good value for the price"
The Hacienda Hotel and Casino is a good value for the price. The hotel is a bit dated, but our room was very clean and the restaurant's food was affordable and suprisingly good. We noticed a lot of locals staying at this hotel and with the limited availability of hotels in this area, we would stay here again.

"Nice Beds and Room-Shower Very Dark"
Overall, this hotel is worh the price you pay--cheap. The beds were very comfortable and the TV and air conditioning worked well. The only odd thing was that the toilet and shower were in the same room. The room was rather large with a light near the toilet and the show off in a dark corner. "Great cheap place"
This is a great cheap place to stay when you are going to go play on lake mead. It is very convenient to get to the lake from this hotel. This is our second year that we have stayed here and its been great. There is no hair dryer or any fancy ammenioties, but that is not what we stay here for. We stay here because of the convenience and location.

On our way to Grand Canyon South Rim we decided to stop over near Bolder City to save time on our drive to Grand Canyon. We got a good rate from Hotels.com and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a good hotel for a over-night stay. The view from the room was spectacular , I havn't found such great views even from high expensive hotels. Its basically […] a casino ( and I am not a gambler) but did not find any inconvinence in the hotel. Had a quick breakfast next day morning at Krispe-Cream located in the casino and were on my way to Grand-Canyon. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested to spend time at Lake Mead or even just stop by for a night. The rooms are old but all I care for is a clean bed and a clean bathroom and the hotel/casino did not disappoint me. Overall the amazing view of mountains from the room actually surprised me.
