Hotel muito bem localizado, fica em frente da estação Centraal e realmente perto de tudo, fizemos tudo a pé. Não tem café da manhã, mas na redondeza tem vários locais para comer. O quarto e a cama são muito pequenos, mas o banheiro tem um tamanho bom.

O Hotel é novo e fica numa região próxima a alguns pontos turisticos como Anne Frank e Praça Dam. O quarto é normal com uma boa cama e bem limpo, o banheiro é todo de vidro, parece um aquário o que é desconfortável para uma viajem a 2, pois não possui trava, se escuta tudo e boa parte do vidro não é fosca. O hotel esta ligado com o restaurante art dulac café, um lugar com staff péssimo, onde não possue cardápio em ingles. Um dos serviços qe hotel oferece é uma taxa fixa de táxi onde você paga na recepção do hotel e ele te da um cartão que você tem que apresentar ao táxista e pode usar o táxi para ir para o aeroporto, o serviço é péssimo o taxista não queria nos levar pois recusamos a pagar extras por causa das malas, o que o hotel informou que já estava fechado no valor, ele não sabia que já estava pago, uma confusão. Não USE esse serviço.

Ótimo hotel, próximo do aeroporto, tem ônibus com diversos horários para o aeroporto, do aeroporto é possível chegar ao centro de trem. No geral foi um ótimo hotel, as janelas são isoladas e vc não houve o barulho do aeroporto. Na região do hotel não há nada, por isso vc sempre terá a necessidade de ir até o aeroporto.
"Próximo ao aeropoto"
O serviço de transporte gratuito entre o hotel e o aeroporto (de onde sai o trem) facilitam o acesso ao centro da cidade de Amsterdan. O café da manhã em comparação aos demais servidos pela europa é outro diferencial. Recomendado para quem não se incomoda em andar muito de trem.

"A place to stay after landing late at night"
I chose the hotel due to my flight arriving at the Amsterdam International Airport a bit late in the evening. The shuttle bus service was a welcome bonus after a 18 hour flight, the reception helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet for some extra euros, was pretty good. "Nice location, hotel, bad service"
The hotel is convinient and nice but the service was terrible. I waited 30 min to checkout while this other guy who clearly could have checked me out pretended he was too busy and how hard is it to print a receipt? They acted like I was asking what all the elements of the periodic table was...

"The good, the bad and the ugly"
We chose this hotel because we had expensive bicycles and went hunting for a hotel with indoor space for them. In this respect, the hotel was great, allowing us to store them in the luggage room. The receptionist at check-in was superb. He didn't know anything about the arrangements, but was very friendly and sorted things out very quickly. After that, […] unfortunately things went downhill very quickly. Each of the individual problems were trivial in themselves. For example, out of order vending machines and and room keys which worked once then failed. However, they added up to a whole series of hassles, and the attitude of the staff ranged from offhand to borderline rude. I finally spoke to the duty manager about it, telling him I was particularly unhappy about paying €50 for a nearly cold meal in our room. He asked me when we were checking out and assured me that he would take care of the matter. At checkout, the meal was charged for in full and there was no message from the manager. "Worth the money"
if you are in Amsterdam, for the price I don't know if you can find a better hotel. Airport shuttle is a bit slow and can be very crowded at times, but the hotel itself is great. Friendly staff, a bar, restaurant on premises. I enjoyed my time and found it to be well worth the money.

"Convenient and comfortable!"
Their free shuttle runs frequently to/from AMS. The city center is only 15minutes away by train (7.40 euro Return ticket). The hotel has many restaurants and cafe. The free hot breakfast was a treat!
This is a basic hotel that caters very well for the traveller, with a range of food facilities, including an excellent breakfast service. The free shuttle service to the airport makes it easy to catch a train into th heart of the old city.

Was shocked at the size of this hotel. Kind of reminded me of a off the strip Las Vegas casino hotel without the casino with its lights, restaurants and bars. I kind of liked the hotel. Since I arrived late into Amsterdam Airport and had to leave early, it was very convenient. Frequent shuttle service to and from the hotel/ terminal was nice. One complaint, […] when getting off the shuttle to register, it was a free for all getting to desk. Lots people just cut ahead which made it aggravating. The hotel is very convenient to the Cruise Ship terminal-just a Tram stop and a short walk away. Very convenient to see downtown Amsterdam. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The room was very small and spartan compared to American standards; but it was comparable to a tiny cruise ship cabin. We would definitely […] stay again. "Hotel Ibis - When you want to be close to Schipol"
Evening arrival at Schipol followed by an early morning flight out? Hotel Ibis is a good solution. Complimentary bus service runs early to late and frequently. It's close to the airport, so don't expect a neighborhood to stroll in. Room was clean and functional. Modular bathroom is clean and new. Top sheet is on thin mattress pad only, not on the whole […] mattress, but it was clean. Food is adequate - you won't starve - but don't expect a wonderful meal. Best bet - between the vending machines and the "high end" restaurant is the pizza restaurant. All food (except the vending machines in the lobby) is on the 4th floor. We selected Ibis because of proximity to Schipol and price. We planned on returning to the airport for breakfast based on others' reviews warning of the overpriced breakfast at Ibis. "Every staff person was kind and helpful."
The staff without exception were very kind and helpful! I would stay there again. We spent the night to catch an early flight out in the morning. It work well and would do it again. I'm not sure I would stay a week but maybe I would.

"Great place!"
Other than the room being very small, you couldn't stay at a better hotel for the money if you need to be close to the airport. Their shuttle leaves every 10 min. for the airport, where you can get the train to Amsterdam Central. The staff was extremely helpful. A friend brought me beautiful flowers and the hotel had no vase, but brought me a bucket […] with water so the flowers wouldn't die. I gave them to the desk when we left. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good. And, the pizza was some of the best I've ever had. The hotel has 3 different restaurants. "Hotel ABD in Amsterdam"
It was simply excellent. I was very impressed with the bilangual of all staff. I was worried about communicationg with staff as I speak only one language; but was very impressed as all staff could communicate in English.. Excellent service; will visit soon again.......

"Not great."
Hotel is WAY overpriced for what you get. It is conveniently located close to the airport with a reliable shuttle, which is good. However, you have to pay for everything! Breakfast, internet, local phone calls. Front desk service is not great. Amsterdam has so many hotels that are nicer, cheaper, and have better service. I would not recommend.

Having stayed in many hotel / motels over the years, we can say the rooms here are the best layout we have seen for a 3 or even 4 star hotel. Good beds, bathroom and TV.

Room bigger than previous ibis experiences. Clean comfortable. To the minute on time airport shuttle service. Regularly scheduled and no need to commit to specific reservation.

"Big Box Hotel, Big Box Food & Service"
Crappy. My first stay at an Ibis and based on this experience, the last. I'll drive further for a small, independent hotel. Masses of people at reception at all times, slow check-in process even with a prepaid reservation which I saw did not include breakfast and which was still ten Euros more than advertised rack rate. And speaking of breakfast, a […] rip-off with no change to just buy a normal cup of coffee. (Except from a machine in the lobby, yuck) Parking, another rip-off. I made the mistake of eating spaghetti bolognese in the "Italian" restaurant upstairs and it was terrible and horribly overpriced for what it was. All around very depressing. Flew in from Canada, was a nice hotel. Nothing special but going half way across the world was clean and safe. Can't ask for much more, room was clean. Would stay again for one or two nights.

The hotel was overall a nice stay. Large rooms for a European hotel. There were three restaraunts and a bar - all reasonably priced. Free airport shuttle. The only complaints I have were that the bathroom could have been cleaner and the mattress was so uncomfortable.

"Ok for 1 night, but not more"
I stayed here for a night out of necessity, but would not recommend for any more than that. ~Rooms are small, but clean and acceptable. ~ There is an 18 euro charge an hour to use internet (airport is only 12) ~The staff was rather rude and dismissive with the exception of the bartender/server ~The shuttle is convenient, but the driver tends to stop […] at different places, so its a challenge to find him. ~They do have a number of restaurants on premises which was very convenient and delicious Overall, the price is fair for the value and I would recommend this place for one night in passing. "Good God its hot!"
Checked into the Ibis for about 9 hours recently awaiting a flight to the U.S. Great location, easy access from the airport via the shuttle and friendly service. When we checked into the room it was about 85 degrees outside and 85 degrees in our room. There was a window in our room that was about 1 foot by 1 foot that only tilted open and NO A.C!!!! […] This was a huge problem because we had to go to sleep immediately to wake up at 430 am for a flight. My wife and I sweated throughout the night and got about 30 minutes of sleep. We called down to the front desk to ask if there was anything we could do to make the room cooler and they apologized and said no. They said it was unusually warm in Holland now and there was nothing they could do. This was not obviously the desk clerks fault but if you dont have A.C. can you please have at least fans available for your guests???? Leia mais

"Hotel Ibis in Amsterdam -- added taxes"
Although the hotel was comfortable enough and relatively close to the airport, service in the restaurants was poor, and alternatives were not located in the immediate neighborhood. Additionally, they surprised me with an additional charge in the morning as I was checking out -- for taxes, they said. Why the reservation didn't include that information […] from the start baffles me. "Close to airport"
Good hotel for quick access to Schipol airport. Rooms are small by American standards. Carpet is not padded and dirty. Staff was excellent.

It's a very inexpensive and convenient hotel for anyone needing a quick departure to Schipol. The hotel staff are great, but the the rooms and bathrooms are very small by US standards.
