Hotel muito bem decorado, quarto lindo muito confortável. Excelente relação preço-qualdade Localizado no downtown é central ainda que a area não seja interessante para caminhar......típico de LA. Um hotel a escolher.

É um hotel muito bom...bem localizado permite ir a pé até walk of fame, Kodak Theatre e centro de hollywood. O serviço é de qualidade ....funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos! Os quartos são confortáveis..e as camas muito boas! Apesar de ser junto a uma estrada muito movimentada os quartos estão bem isolados e ruido dos carros ouve-se mas não incomoda! O pequeno almoço é ao estilo americano e tem pouca diversidade...mas é razoavel! A piscina é muito pequena! Nunca deverá escolher este hotel se quer um hotel com uma boa piscina! No geral gostei muito deste hotel e recomendo.

Boa localização, perto de pontos de interesse da cidade, se tiver carro. Quartos envelhecidos, mas asseados. Boa limpeza dos quartos. Staff não muito simpático, principalmente os funcionários durante a noite. Parque para o carro é uma vantagem.

"Conforto médio"
Recepção eficiente. Porém o quarto é pouco iluminado tornando-o escuro. Não tinha balde de gelo no quarto e nem espaço no frigobar reservado ao hóspede. Achei o carpete do quarto meio sujo, não gostei dos colchões, são duros e para amenizar isso eles colocam um edredon sobre o mesmo para disfarçar a rigidez. O banheiro é bom, claro e bonito. À partir […] das 7:30 da manhã as camareiras começam a bater e abrir as portas dos quartos o que dá um desconforto pois fica muita bateção de porta e os chuveiros dos quartos vizinhos são muito barulhentos; sempre que alguém entra para o banho não dá mais para dormir. We have stayed at many Sofitel hotels & feel that they have good value. Our disappointment with the Los Angeles property was the "music" in the bar. We enjoy having a glass of wine in the evening but found that because of the extremely loud & beating music in the bar, we could not enjoy ourselves. We enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel. The room was clean and had a nice view of the Hollywood hills. The members of the staff were always courteous and helpful. "Sofitel LA Beverly Blvd - Very Comfortable"
This hotel was an incredible find for the price. Extremely comfortable bed, super clean room, great shower. The only thing that would have given it all 5's is if the restaurant staff was a bit more together and there was a place for serve yourself coffee. Will definitely stay there again!

"Sofitel Los Angeles - location, location, location"
LA is an overwhelming city to decide where you want to stay - each pocket has its own benefits. The Sofitel is a great place to stay if you are looking forward to doing some shopping in LA (it is right across the road from the Beverly centre), and only a short distance to The Grove - a beautiful outdoor shopping mall. Another positive of this hotel […] is that if you prefer to not have a car in LA, you can get away with it here - the proximity of the amenities (including nearby Robertson Blvd) means that you will not have to get in a taxi for every outing. Words of warning for the hotel - not all rooms in this hotel are created equal. My mother and I booked equal rooms and equal rates and she was given a room virtually twice the size of mine, with a nicer view. If you are not happy with the room you are given, I suggest you double-check with the front desk to see if there is another room in the same room-type available for you to have a look at - it might very well be a lot better. Also, be weary of making room requests when booking that are real "deal-breakers" for you if they are not fulfilled. I have visited this hotel three times in the past year and each and every time it has appeared that the room requests are not considered AT ALL. This makes for a disappointing initial impression, especially after traveling all the way from Australia. Aside from these glitches, I do recommend this hotel. It's hard to beat a location that allows you to walk to dinner at a fabulous restaurant in the City of Valet, which is why I will certainly be back. Ler mais

there is something about the Sofitel that is completely magical. it's pristine and elegant; understated without being dull. Ordered roomservice and it was incredibly fast - loved not having to wait for coffee. Oh, and what coffee - nearly ordered another carafe! "Beware if you're a gym person"
This hotel was good for the most part - clean, good location, nice staff, etc. But I was very disturbed when I noticed on my second trip to the gym a small sign on the wall that read "This facility has been found to contain XYZ (can't remember the exact name of the substance), a known carcinogen." I found the deeply concerning, and I can't believe the […] hotel hasn't done anything to rectify this situation. I use the gym whenever I visit a hotel, and knowing that the gym is a hotbed for carcinogens is a deal breaker for me. For that reason, I cannot in good faith recommend this hotel. Ler mais

"Great Place To Stay"
Ended up here with my girlfriend for our first trip to LA. Overall, it's close to everything you want to be around and the quality of the hotel was a 5 star. My only complaint or nitpick is the showerhead as you have to detach it to use and take a shower. Very unorthodox but it's not something to hate.
My husband and I had a great time. This was our first time staying at a Sofitel hotel. We look forward to staying at a Sofitel hotel again.
"Perfect city getaway in Los Angeles"
You can't beat the location of the Sofitel for convenience. We enjoyed being able to walk to so many places or have just a short ride to get to great restaurants and attractions. The spa is gorgeous and I liked not needing to pay extra fees to use the gym and steam room. This is a great value and I would stay here again any time.

"Great hotel; terrible valet parking service."
We come to LA at least once a month; usually stay at Renaissance. This was our first stay at Sofitel. Loved the hotel and our room. Guest service inside the hotel outstanding. On one of our advance calls from our room to get our car, we waited and waited at front and finally realized no one was going to get our car! Oops!! To cap it off, when we get […] home and reviewed our e.mail bill, we were double charged for valet parking. ($64 a day for 2 days.... thought $32 was high enough!) When we called the Front Desk, the error was immediately corrected, but our valet parking experience was a stain on an otherwise wondeful stay! Ler mais

The attitude of the person who answered my call from my room at 10.50 on sat the 10th of december ruined the entire hotel stay.

I stayed at the Sofitel the 3 days before Thanksgiving in Nov 2011. From the moment we walked in to the time we left I felt like I was in as close to a 5 star hotel as possible - without actually paying for one. Unbelievable holiday decor - modern and orignal. Our first room did not have windows that opened, so all I did was ask and they put us in a […] room 2 floors up with "french doors" - not quite the real thing - but they opened to the tiny balcony and was a very nice touch. Apparently all the rooms with 2 beds face the Beverly Center, but I thought it was funny waking up to the oversized Cee Lo Green Billboard every day that was hanging off the side of the building! I think our first day there LA got its rainiest day of the year - about 5 hours of steady rain - and even with the doors shut the water seeped in onto the carpet. We didn't realize it until later that night, and by then the bottom of my bag was water-stained. I don't think LA in general is equipped for heavy rain so I considered it a fluke. Coming from Boston this is nothing. The bathrooms were very nice - lovely glass enclosure - rainmaker shower, L'Ocittane products, hairdryer (without having to ask). The Robe was so so comfy too! No fan though. I thought that was weird. The beds Crazy Comfortable! Feather beds and soft sheets were such a nice luxury away from home. The hallways were lovely. The Concierge so helpful. The Restaurant Bar very appealing for both Dining and Drinks. The gym was fully stocked including water bottles, fruit and towels. Le Spa is a "Must Do". We got a $25 off with our reservation which was a nice surprise. I did the "Diamond Bath" as I did not have time for much else. The Spa Suite was so decadent and the robe so plush I ended up buying one! The pool is so-so compared to all the other ones in the area, no view and sun fades away by 1pm due to the Beverly Center blocking it. Great Hotel, great location. The staff is super friendly. They are constantly doing little extra unexpected things for you. The restaurant (Simon, LA) was also very good. We will definitely stay here again! Rooms are very nice, quality materials and room lay-out.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect - just across the road from the Beverly Center. Like anywhere in LA you need a car as the only thing it is in walking distance to is the shopping centre.

Everything was very nice, no real complaints. I just think everyone was trying too hard to be Hollywood hip. I also thought the beds were uncomfortable. I would recommend it, but probably would not stay there again myself

"Great Luxe Feel for the Price"
We live in Orange County and headed to L.A. for a getaway weekend. We've stayed at Sofitels in Europe and knew of their quality. We were not disappointed. The hotel had that European understated luxury vibe, friendly and attentive service and clean, well appointed rooms. The location is central to Hollywood and Beverly Hills without a lot of traffic […] noise. "Chic, Lively & Fun - a good respite"
I had such a wonderful, peaceful time at Sofitel. It was an added bonus to hear "bonjour" or "bonsoir" every time you called to guest services. Every person working there is always open and searching for the hint of a question you might have or a request you may make. I was a little underwhelmed shen first arriving, but the stafff was very polite and professional. Our room was a little small, but comfortable and was a great price for the location. The bar area was fun and the outdoor bar with heaters was a nice touch. I would stay here again.

After travelling for 1 month this hotel was outstanding. Although quite pricy the services and facilities are fantastic. It's the best hotel gym we have found for a very long time. The Sofitel Beverley Hills is in a great location for everything but mostly shopping. Across the road from the Beverley Centre made access to food/clothing etc easy. 4 great restaurants underneath the shopping centre allowed for great dinner options. Only a 15 minute cab ride to Hollywood Boulevard and all tours picked you up from the front door anyway.
