Excelentes acomodações, quarto limpo e espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã. Hotel muito bonito, ambiente agradável. O translado aeroporto - hotel ocorre durante as 24 horas, de 30 em 30 min, basta esperar do lado de fora do aeroporto, onde passam as vans.

"Ótima localização"
O hotel é localizado ao lado da Sunset Ave, próximo de restaurantes, mercados, farmácias, metrô etc. É um hotel simples mas que oferece um ótimo serviço. Sua internet é boa e não falha. Seu café da manhã é satisfatório e as pessoas que trabalham nele são bastante atenciosas. Recomendo.
"Hotel muito barulhento"
Hospedei-me por 3 noites com a família. O que mais me chamou atenção, foi a total falta de isolamento acústico do hotel. O hotel tem apenas dois pavimentos, fiquei em um dos quartos do pavimento térreo e era um barulho ensurdecer quando alguem andava nos andares de cima, 2 homens cada 1 com mais de 100 quilos resolveram sair as duas da manhã e ao caminhar, […] a impressão era que o teto ia desabar, alem disto, por volta de meia noite, tinha uma mulher conversando alto no quarto ao lado e a impressão era de que ela estava dentro do meu quarto.Positivo: Estacionamento gratis, cafe da manhã e internet free. "Bem localizado..."
O hotel tem boa localização perto da Hollywood Blvd e os quartos são ideais para quem passa o dia passeando e volta só para dormir. Existe o problema do estacionamento... sempre lota!!! Tem que ficar atento! Não é muito grande e sempre lota!!!

Reservei pelo Hoteis.com e solicitei um quarto não fumante, acabaram me colocando num quarto de fumantes. Cheguei e ainda tive que esperar arrumar o quarto (reserva com meses de antecedência). Recepcionista mto sem educação, café da manhã que da pro gasto (pão, geléia, leite, café, sucrilhos, suco, frutas..). Localização boa, perto do Hollywood Sign e da Calçada da Fama..

"Administração do hotel"
Encaminhei um e-mail para o hotel perguntando se recebiam encomendas, recebi a resposta que sim para minha felicidade ao chegar ao hotel descobri que teria que pagar por cada encomenda $10, sendo que no e-mail não informaram nada. Um funcionário me disse que o GERENTE FICOU bravo com as encomenda que se encontravam no hotel.

Para quem está em busca de uma opção barata e de qualidade em Los Angeles, esta é uma ótima opção. O hotel é simples, porém o quarto é amplo e limpo, confortável, há internet wireless e o café da manhã é simples mas muito bom. A localização é próxima à Hollywood, mas longe das praias. No entanto, o hotel fica do lado da estação de metrô, então pode-se […] andar por toda a cidade. A cidade é muito grande, então se puder alugar um carro irá aproveitar muito mais o tempo. Hotel limpo, os funcionários são atenciosos. Para quem passa o dia inteiro fora e usa o Hotel só para tomar banho e dormir está excelente.

I stayed there for 4 days and was very happy. The Location is perfect. The Walk of Fame and Hollywood Sign are just some min away. The service at the reception was perfect. When i'm going to LA again, i would definitely stay here!
"Convenient basics in Hollywood"
Old motel style property that meets a "no frills" requirement. I stayed here twice in Jan/2012 and found the rooms clean and the beds surprisingly good. I know there have been issues with bed bigs but I experienced none of that. The property can be noisey as it is across the street from 2 hospitals so ambulances and helicopters can wake you at any hour--although […] this wasn't a constant issue. Parking is free but fills quickly in the on-site lot but there is an additional overflow lot I used that is next door---a good backup for customers. A mediocre continental breakfast is included but is limited to 2 cereals, low quality white and wheat bread, fruits, bagels, and coffee. If you don't mind scaled down accomodation, this is a really reasonably priced hotel nicely centrally located. There aren't any extras. Expect cereal and toast for breakfast (bare basics, but more than some hotes offer) and you do get free parking and wi fi. "You get what you pay for"
For its price, Travelodge wasn't too bad. But talking with my travel-mate, we would probably recommend some other hotel if they were paying along the same price. There is limited parking available, and the water wouldn't drain in our shower in the beginning. We weren't in for most of the day, so we didn't have the chance to really experience the customer […] service portion of the stay. Free, but slow, WiFi is available, and they serve breakfast (usually a couple fruits, some prepackaged pastries) starting at 6:30AM. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location to Hollywood and it offers free parking (rare for many hotels in L.A) . The hotel delivered. The room had a fridge, microwave, and an easy-to-use safe. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the outdoor pool because it is January. This is not the Ritz, but it was clean and adequate. Not the place […] to take a date, but rather a place to sleep. Plenty of restaurants just up the road on Vermont. We were going to The Vista theatre for an event and this hotel is perfect. There are also lots of great places to eat in the surrounding areas, and lots of stores as well. Old school 2 floor motel that achieves the basics. Nothing extra, but it is a very good value if you want something close to Sunset and Hollywood Blvd's. Rooms had surprisingly good beds and four pillows per bed--nice if you like more than one pillow to moosh around when you sleep. A "continental" breakfast is available...two cereals, bananas, coffee, […] and store packaged rolls/muffins. Cheap white and wheat bread is available for toast. "Hollywood Vermont"
First trip to Los Angeles for my family and I. Location of hotel is close to Vermont Sunset Metro and bus-stop - travelling is convenient and easy to Hollywood Boulevard, North Hollywood, Century City, Union Station. Room is nice and comfortable. Very pleased with the complimentary breakfast. NIce and friendly staff. Would love to return again.

Initially I was a little worried about staying at a Travelodge but I'm glad we did. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and helpful as well. The room was very clean. I never found a single hair anywhere in the room, and I looked because that is one thing that will completely gross me out. The overall location was good in terms of public […] transportation. After just one day of driving in L.A. I was thrilled that the subway station was a short walk away. The continental breakfast was terrible though and is my only complaint. It was plain instant oatmeal packs, underripe bananas, prepackaged cheese danish, and two types of cereal, and the usual tea, coffee, and juice. "some pros some cons"
Good location, only 4 miles from Universal and that is what we needed. Room is clean and check in/out was easy. Con - Small rooms. Very small. Not a lot of room to move. Water was too hot and In had hard time in the shower.

Had an interview at one of the local hospitals. This place is very close to Kaiser, Children's Hospital, etc. All the basics were included. The internet was slow. There were strange noises outside during the middle of the night that disrupted my sleep several times. I liked how there were a few free TV On Demand programs. The hotel was very basic. The location was ok only two underground stops away from downtown Hollywood and the tube station was a two minute walk away. The neighbourhood was a bit unnerving with all sorts of characters around but LA is full of characters!

I liked almost everything, especially the free breakfast and parking. It was also a very good location for the purpose of my vacation--visiting family and friends. The only thing I did not like is the fact that one day, after coming back from running errands, I turned on the television and found it to be on a Hispanic channel. "Poor breakfast"
Cheaper than the rest and nice location if you have a car. Poor breakfast though, served near the front desk in a place too tight for the number the guests they host.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to all the attractions I was interested in and local ameneties good. If flying into LAX, think twice about a taxi as it was very expensive to get to the hotel. I can honestly say I'd stay there agin.

"Good Value/ location"
Great Location for price, only stayed one night, but would go back, rooms were a nice size & clean, free buffet breakfast was an adequate start to the day saving much needed time for sightseeing
"Nice motel"
This is actually a motel in a very good location. Everything is OK, including the staff, the breakfast and the Wi-Fi. The only problem is the tiny walls, since you hear every noise from outside the room. Definitely I will book there again!

Nice hotel for the price, good location very close to the subway to Hollywood boulevard. Rooms were cleaned and replenished daily. Check in was fast and easy with friendly staff. Room was very clean and smelled good. Bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked perfectly. Provided complimentary coffee. The only downside is that it was hard to find parking because it's too small.

"Great value"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood/Vermont Travelodge. The staff was great, and the breakfast was adequate. The hotel was conveniently located to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theater and the Grove. There were also many restaurants within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi was also a nice perk.
"Value for money"
At the price that I pay, it value for money but it away from town and no shopping area around. But nearby to Universal Studio.
