I stayed here for 15 days and extended my visit twice because I didn’t have time to move to another hotel. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very poor. The cleaning staff would only come in to refill a few items and leave. Towels were not changed unless you specifically asked for it, and the room and bathroom were not cleaned daily.
In fact, it seems they only provide a clean room when you check in and then do not clean it again until you leave. My bed was not made even once during my stay, and the bathroom was never cleaned.
Also, when you ask for water, they say they only provide it upon check-in. Considering the high price, this felt very cheap and disappointing. The only reason I chose this place was because I was looking for a room with a kitchen.
