We have stayed at this location several times without any issues. This last stay happened to be on Valentine's Day weekend. We were there for my child's sporting event. The room was okay, not as clean and presentable as previous stays. As for the atmosphere, the clientele of guests differed. The second night of our stay we retuned to a domestic violence incident taking place at the front of the hotel. A woman laid unresponsive on the ground while a male was yelling threats at her and staff. The staff was very attentive to this situation and perhaps saved this young woman's life. But even with their attentiveness, this poor woman lay there waiting for police, EMT and fire to, while I worry about my child's safety. This was an incident no child should have to witness. While this was not a fault of the hotel, I do wonder if the intoxication of the attacker was supplied at the hotel restaurant or bar. Needless to say, I highly doubt we will ever return to this location.
