The woman working yesterday, October 14th, around 5 p.m. (I don't know her name, I just remember she had long black hair) was very rude and refused to help us check in because we were having trouble understanding where the check-in machine was. We had to insist that she help my husband, and she did after that. But she continued to be so rude that we started an argument, and suddenly she overreacted and started yelling, talking to someone on her cell phone, and also told us she was calling the police. I strongly recommend that the managers check the cameras on that day and time so they can see what was happening. It was terrible for us, especially because we were traveling with my child daughter, who got scared and got back in the car. It was the worst experience ever!
My suggestion is that the check-in machine be located in a more visible location and that there be some signage with arrows to prevent customers from needing help from grumpy and out-of-control employees like that lady.
