I stayed here for work. Obviously it is in a prime touristy area (Canal St, Chinatown, Tribeca, etc.) and for the price it is solid. The staff were amazing, especially Talia who is welcoming, charming and super helpful. Lyric, who was the receptionist at Saint Tuesday, also was amazing and got me a seat for the live jazz one of the nights without a hitch (even though their reservations were booked up).
Important to know / criticisms:
-- The room has no coffee machine nor a fridge.
-- The elevators do not require you room key to get to your floor, which I personally do not like, as it means any one can enter the building and get to a floor.
-- Reception/check-in is on a lower floor and if you have heavy bags, you have to hope there is someone there to assist. I had to intervene and help an older lady carry her bags down the stairs.
-- If you want to get to the elevators from the main entrance, you have to walk up stairs to get to the cafe and lounge, again not an issue generally but when you are carrying bags in or out, it can be an issue for some
-- As noted above, this means the building clearly has accessibility issues that need to be addressed to ensure it accomodates everyone
-- No room service
