I never checked in i ghought it was canceled and i requested to change the date but no response i wasnt supposed to get charged untill i checked in and the payment should of not been conpleted till after 7 days or upon check out so i have no idea how you were able to do that without me showing up at all it was first tkme using app and didbt underdtand how it worked i was paying it as a loan wich made all confuding with affirm but i requested refund you guys refused and then i was told to dispute the purchase because the room was never used and the charge should of been partially refunded for not checkkng in but i asked support if they can give me at least a half day stay in a room since I still have to pay the loan for it its kind of messed up i dont have alot of money struggling to get by and then paying for something like this for nothing really makes it much worse for my situation i was hoping hotel will let me book since the loan was already charged to me and they got paid but nope they said you have to pay 90 dollara to stay here and i said can you please make a exception just for lkke 4 hours so i can shower and sleep at least 1 hour and they said no so now i have to pay the loan that put me in worse situation just because they decided to check me in and check me out without me even showong up or providing id i feel robbed still debating if i should dispute this again i really need a room to stay and have exhausted my funds
