Very comfortable and peaceful. The hosts are super great, friendly and awesome cooks. The home is beautiful and homey. Just a short hop from lots of heat antique and thrift shops.

We attended a wedding about 30 minutes north which worked out great for our schedule. We had a lovely conversation with the owners in the morning and they made an amazing breakfast. Their B&B is lovely. The bed was very comfortable and it felt like we were staying with family. We had a wonderful stay. We don't travel to Maine too often, but if we have another special occasion in the area, we'll definitely stay at The Perkins House.

We had a really wonderful stay at the Perkins House! My wife and I only spent a night here but the hosts were wonderful. Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Restaurants and shops were also an incredibly close walk to the B&B which was a great perk. We would absolutely stay again!

From the time I called to arriving,to out departure we were treated like family. Better than family in some cases. Beautiful place that felt like home. From check in with tour to breakfast next morning. Will definitely be back❣️❣️

If I could give this place an even higher rating, I absolutely would! If you don't book a stay here, you are truly missing out on one of the most amazing experiences in Maine! The house is absolutely unbelievable—from the beautiful fireplaces and charming decorations to the sweetest dog! Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave us a tour of the home and shared so much of its history with us. We even got to enjoy delicious food and wonderful conversation with their friends, which made us feel like part of the family. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! Getting to enjoy it in the beautiful dining room made the experience even more special. This is, without a doubt, one of the most charming, welcoming, and memorable places we have ever stayed. We didn't just enjoy a place to sleep; we experienced something truly special. We cannot recommend it highly enough. We can't wait to come back!!!

This place is perfection! The owners are beyond welcoming and so accommodating. The entire place gives off a warm and cozy feeling which makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, it’s nice and quiet but is still walkable to retaurants nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are decorated so beautifully and are very clean. The breakfast was also so delicious and fresh. My boyfriend and I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return the next time we’re in the area!

What a beautiful house! The owners, Keith and Gretchen were so welcoming, as was their little dog Dolce. We loved how casual it was, the yummy breakfast (thank you, Keith) and the overall experience. Located in Cornish, Maine, it is walking distance to two restaurants (check out Krista's), and is just a few minutes from Hiram fair grounds. There is also a 9-hole disc golf course in Cornish, also walking distance from the house. It is located in someone's backyard, but was fun! The decks at the house have lots of chairs for relaxing, we really loved the rocking chairs! We totally recommend the Perkins house!

This place is just amazing. It’s so cozy and welcoming. Gretchen and Keith are wonderful and just the sweetest couple. We can’t wait to come back for another adventure and hang out with Dulce again. Breakfast was to die for. I wish I’d had room to eat it all.

Had a great stay. Gretchen and Keith are very good hosts, good food, Keith can cook am awesome breakfast. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Bonus was the pup!
