Laguna Cove stood out for its competitive pricing and appealing location. While it’s not a 5-star, 4-diamond property, it isn't priced as such! Laguna Cove delivered an experience that far exceeded expectations in several key areas: the location is unbeatable, and both the rooms and grounds were impressively clean and well-maintained.
The staff truly elevated the stay. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and accommodating, offering a level of service that rivaled luxury-tier hospitality.
Was placed in a first-floor Junior Suite. Footsteps from above were noticeable, enough to request a move. The front desk team was professional, and the manager kindly approved our switch to an upstairs Family Suite, showing real commitment to guest satisfaction.
I’ll definitely be returning and recommend booking a second-floor room for a quieter stay. Earplugs are provided, mostly due to traffic noise from the Pacific Coast Highway—understandable given the location between the ocean and the road, but they never even came close to feeling they were necessary.
