Gorgeous accommodation with incredible hosts!

We loved everything about this stay. The accommodation itself was lovely, a little out of St Ives with free onsite parking, the room was stunning with lots of personal touches like chocolate on the pillows and the breakfast was delicious! Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Perfect guest house

We had a wonderful stay at Count House. The location is perfect for a trip to ST Ives and still looking to travel around Cornwall! The guest house was immaculate and the owner Christine could not do enough for us during our stay. Even leaving daily sweets for us in the room which was very much appreciated 🙂 Highly recommend this location and will certainly stay next time we come back to cornwall!

Wonderful stay in Carbis Bay.

Hands down the best B&B or hotel we've ever stayed in, in the UK. From arrival to leaving we felt welcomed - Everything was well thought out such as Covid arrangements, facilities and ammenities. The whole place was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. There were lovely personal touches such as treats in the bedroom, advice was given on the local area and eateries, there was ample parking and the breakfasts were delicious. To top it all the hosts were wonderful. As it says in their breakfast room, "arrive as strangers, leave as friends". We will be back!!

Lovely accommodation, only small issue with shower head in our room. Great hosts; fab breakfast & excellent service. Nice little extra touches. Fab sea view from room although would consider a different room if staying again due to privacy.

The most perfect B&B, highly recommend

We honestly could not fault our stay here. The B&B is in the most perfect location, within an easy distance walk to both Carbis Bay beach (about 10 minutes) and St Ives (a 15-20 min walk along a scenic coastal path). The walk to and from the beach is up a very steep hill though, but this is the case no matter where you stay in Carbis bay. The room was much bigger than we expected, the bed was huge and soo comfy - we both had the best night sleep! It is very quiet too, you barely knew there were other people staying in the B&B. The facilities were immaculate and they really had thought about every detail and included everything you might need for your stay. Christine and Geoff honestly could not do more for us, they were such a lovely couple and very helpful and attentive. They have adapted the B&B really well to cope with the current social distancing measures and they were not an issue in the slightest. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to everyone.

Exceptional BnB!

Exceptional stay! Beautiful bedrooms with attention to detail. This BnB really deserves its 4 star rating. I’ve stayed at some nice hotels before but the level of service you get here is far better! The rooms are beautifully furnished, I even found myself hunting online to buy the same bed linen!

Spot On

Helen and Neil are so welcoming and know how to please. Whole place bright and spotless. Breakfasts amazing and the little extra personal touches so lovely. Location perfect and even a bus to St Ives right outside although we preferred the coastal path. All in all Spot On.

Very welcoming, informative and hospitable owners - Neil and Helen - we saw amazing places we never new about and would never have found without them. This was the best B&B we have ever stayed in - true five star luxury from the room layout and facilities to quality of bedding, furnishings and breakfast. Very clean and modern accommodation. Only request would be a fan in the room to keep cool at night. A full 5 stars from us 😀

A very Enjoyable and pleasant stay

We stayed at the B&B for a long weekend visit to St Ives. Helen and Neil were excellent hosts, very accommodating, friendly and provided and excellent service. The B&B was very nicely decorated, with modern facilities and very clean. There was a good choice at breakfast. There were also many small touches that made are stay even better, including the chocolate by the bed each day, the choices of tea and coffees in the room. to Helens knowledge of the local area and directions to amenities and the beach. Will visit again

Fantastic B&B

Great stay and will definitely be back! The rooms were great - spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely, and the owners, Helen & Neil, could not have done more for us or made us feel more welcome! Overall a perfect stay.

Best stay on the journey

Absolutely topknot. We were even served coffe and cake at the arrival. Every single think you might need was already there. Lovely view over the sea, bus to St Ives right on your doorstep. Also good train connection. Soo clean and the owners were the best ever.
