My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The front desk service felt more like a 2-star motel—unprofessional and unhelpful. The ceiling near the AC in my first room made loud noises, and I couldn’t sleep the first night. I reported it the next day, and while someone came to check, they never returned. After waiting over an hour and calling again, I was finally offered a room change, which was thankfully quieter. When I asked for a plate to reheat leftovers, the front desk simply said they don’t offer any. As a Hotels.com silver member, I requested a 30-minute late checkout—normally the hotels can accommodate, but the front desk bluntly said, “Not today,” with no explanation. Overall, the service and experience fell far below expectations.
