Location is great, bed was comfortable the woman who checked us in was great. That is where it stopped, the room had stains all over the carpet, the shower had mold and was only look warm. The wallpaper was peeling, the ice machine on our floor did not work. The people above us were so loud letting their kids or whatever it was run and jump off furniture until 2am. I even mentioned this, and nothing was done about it. The staff I observed during the day, one woman was very cranky, never said hello or welcome to anyone, the other woman kept having the woman that was doing breakfast stop what she was doing, to mop the lobby. I found this very irritating since this woman was already working her butt off to feed a bunch of people and this lazy woman just watched her work. This is NOT how I expect to see things at a Hilton. We have stayed here before, but I will be avoiding this one for now on. I hope the next Hilton my wife and I try cares about the upkeep of their business and the way their employees are treated.
