This unit was at a great location, easy to walk to restaurants and the in-town bus stop.
My only concern was the climate. It was hot during the day and the unit has no AC. The instructions were to leave the windows open during the night, when the outside temperature goes down to 50° F, to let in the cool air. This would have been fine, except that the sliding door to the patio has no screen. To leave it open at night would have invited mosquitos. So, I left it closed, but then the air inside was so stuffy that I could not sleep. For this reason, I checked out one day early.
Before next summer, I recommend installing a screen to the patio door.
