When I arrived to the location, the staff told me the AC was out and that I would have to stay at another location for a night. The next day they told me the room was not ready, and I would have to stay another night. The location they placed me at did not have what I paid for the balcony and in apartment kitchen.
They did allow me to use the kitchen in the restaurant, but it was not clean as I would like. So I did not use it.
I didn't know there was an issue with the hotel, until I arrived after a long trip. I recommend calling to ensure the room is available, based on pictures only, the hotel I booked looked a lot better then where I was placed.
I would say the staff was really nice, and i had to think about writing a review as they were really sweet. However, I believe guests should know this can happen at this hotel.
