At check in they never mentioned it was the time to order your free breakfast. This apparently was the same process that they didn’t mention in December when we stayed as well
Stay was great! They accommodated us extremely well and kept cleanliness at the top of its list! Only problems we experienced were getting to their address on the first night and helping delivery drivers find the hotel. Other than that, it was an amazing experience!

The host at the front desk was so rude to us. Her name was Shane. She wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t seem to care about anything I said to her. All the facilities were closed due to Covid. The room we got was not like the one in the picture also there was barely any space to move around. Basic necessities were missing like a trash can, ice, glasses/cups. Worst part was the bug in the shower. Heavily disappointed.
I got stuck in the elevator after it dragged me past my floor due to the front desk not adequately explaining that the elevator doors opening were contingent with the card reader blinking green lights. I scanned my room key as instructed but was not told lights would appear. It was a harrowing experience

It was amazing. Only thing was that it was advertised as being in Chelsea and felt far from it . I would specify the exact neighborhood.
Perfect little getaway! It’s a tiny room but it works! We had breath taking views of the city. The layout of the room was really nice I loved the design. If I HAD to complain it would be that usually there’s a fridge in your room or a little coffee maker and we didn’t have that so I couldn’t keep my left overs cold and couldn’t wake my boyfriend up with coffee but truthfully that’s only if I HAD to complain like it wasn’t an issue! I would definitely stay here again!
