I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay at your resort, with the hope that future guests and the management team will take my feedback into consideration.
First, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my visit. The facilities at the resort are truly commendable, and the staff throughout the property were consistently helpful and courteous. I especially want to highlight the restaurant Hacienda, where Chef Manuel and his team delivered an exceptional dining experience. Their service and culinary skills were a definite highlight of my stay.
However, I must express my disappointment with the quality of food offered at the other dining venues within the resort. Unfortunately, the other restaurants did not meet the standards set by Hacienda. Additionally, the buffet was particularly unsatisfactory and did not reflect the high-quality experience one might expect.
Another concern I encountered revolves around the stratification of services offered by the resort. It seems there are two distinct levels of service: the standard “bad” experience, which includes the aforementioned issues, and a “super bad” tier, which requires guests to pay extra in hopes of receiving better comfort and higher-quality beverages. Regrettably, from my perspective, the upgrade did not justify the additional expense, as the overall quality remained lacking.
