The view was amazing, and breakfast was a real treat! such a generous spread! The surrounding area was full of lovely gift shops and restaurants, all at good prices. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever approached, which made the stay pleasant.
However, I was a little disappointed with the room’s cleanliness and comfort. There was a bit of buildup in the shower, and the rain-shower head was completely covered with it, so I only used the regular shower head. During summer, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the bedsheets felt slightly itchy.
For a luxury boutique hotel, I was hoping for higher standards in terms of cleanliness and overall comfort. With a few improvements in these areas, this property could truly live up to its potential.
