We had a lovely stay at the Ubud Valley Boutique Resort. It’s a charming, small hotel with a very peaceful and intimate atmosphere, perfect if you’re looking to relax in a beautiful setting. That said, the infrastructure is quite limited. There are hardly any facilities beyond the essentials — for example, there’s no gym or additional amenities you might expect from larger resorts. The location is also very remote. While this adds to the tranquility, it means you’re quite far from restaurants, shops, and other attractions, so getting around requires some planning. We stayed for 4 nights, and in hindsight, that felt a bit too long given the limited offerings. However, for a short stay of 1–2 nights, it’s a wonderful place that we would happily visit again

The staff were AMAZING. They really took good care of us. It’s a great resort and people should go. However this is the 2 nd time I feel cheated by Hotels.com who show one room and then you get assigned another room not as per the pictures. So I would caution people from using Hotels.com

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit top Service. Das Zimmer mit eigenem Pool ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne Aussicht auf den Wald. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

It is gem in monkey forest. Quiet, lovely property. Breakfast is wonderful. Lunch and dinner plates are delicious. A little bit far from downtown Ubud but property has free shuttle service. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful and a nice oasis away from the business. The staff was incredible, attentive to every need. They even went out to get bandaids for us when they had run out. The breakfast was amazing.

Very nice boutique hotel, the views are incredible!!! The hotel is outside of Ubud village so you be where locals live and the surrounding area is so quiet. We used the bikes provided from the hotel and bike around the rice fields - amazing views and you get the use real village locals and their customs, everyone so friendly. The hotel is so peaceful and great if you are looking to relax and quiet time.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem neueröffneten Hotel war traumhaft. Wir wurden vier Tage lang von allen verwöhnt und konnten die Ruhe und Schönheit dieser Anlage vollumfänglich geniessen. Die Zimmer/Bungalows sind sehr geräumig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage eignet sich sehr gut für die Erkundung der Insel. Ein kostenloser Shuttleservice steht für die Fahrt ins Zentrum von Ubud (20 Min) zur Verfügung.

ウブドバレーの自然の中に佇むホテルで、静かに3日間過ごすことが出来ました。市街地から随分離れているので、渋滞や車、バイクの騒音とは無縁です。 ただし、静かと言っても地元の人達が住んでいる生活圏にあるので、朝はニワトリ、犬の鳴き声とともに6時位からコーラン？を読む放送がバレーに流れます。でも私にとっては心地よく感じました。 この滞在の中で最も感動したのは、夜明け前に見た、オリオン座と空を飛んでる龍(流れ星)を見たこと。この時期にホタルを見たことでした。 そしてちょっと怖かったですが、朝の散歩で犬にしつこく追っかけられた中、村の子供達の笑顔と出会えたことです。 ホテルの感想にはなっていませんが、そういう体験を得られた今回のホテルには充分感謝しています。ありがとう😊

Nice hotel and really friendly staff. However, Expedia listing said the villa would have a pool and a 'private hot tub'. I found the pool...hard to miss! When I asked where the hot tub was, I was told that the 'private hot tub' was actually just the bath in the bathroom which came with both cold and hot tap and was just for our use! I told them that a bath in the bathroom was not the same as a private hot tub but apparently Expedia had the wrong description as there are no hot tubs at any of the villas. I was also a little disappointed that the villa pool was not the infinity type as pictured on Expedia. The villa was described as 'valley view'. This is absolutely correct ie do not expect to see the river as you cannot, just the valley.

Excellent and beautiful room view

We stayed in the 2 BR Villa with private pool overlooking the jungle gorge. Amazing view from the infinity pool into the jungle with a river about 200 ft below. Very private, very quiet, very comfortable. The service is excellent and the restaurant/bar was also great. It's a bit out of town (Ubud), but we had a driver to pick us up and bring around to the local sights. There is also a shuttle into Ubud a few times per day. Excellent in every way.
