Not since I was forced to stay at the Oakland Airport Motel 6 have I been to a worse hotel. The rooms and building were in disrepair. One tower elevator was out of service and the other can only be described as frightening. I find it hard to believe that it had been inspected for safe usage.
A late night request for pillows was met with "we dont have access to that until 8am. What? The ones in the room looked like something you would find left behind in a college dorm after years of use. For the first time I was concerned about what sort of contact infection i would leave with.
The bed was not properly attached to the frame and resulted in injuries when walking past the bed. I am not a high maintenance traveler, but this place needs to take a minute and get their act together.
Hotels.com would be best served by removing their listing for future bookings.
