I stayed at Hotel Sirius Jeju and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the price.
One of the most frustrating parts was the lack of proper communication from the hotel staff. I requested a late check-out, but instead of giving a clear response or even a polite explanation, they simply sent the standard check-in and check-out times. It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The hotel itself feels very old, and the room was much smaller than expected. The swimming pool was also outdated, not well maintained, and did not match the quality you would expect for the price being charged.
Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. With better communication, maintenance, and room quality, the experience could improve, but in its current state I would not consider it good value for money.
