Ein richtig schönes Hotel in einer guten Gegend von Nairobi. Hier kann kann zu Fuß vieles interessantes entdecken. Gute Rooftop Bars, Shopping Mall und kleine und feine Läden. Das Hotel hat einen großen Wohlfühlfaktor….. ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, weil alles gestimmt hat, von der Qualität des Bettes und der weiteren Einrichtung.

It is a suite, I like the room space. Everyone is extremely helpful I didn’t like, the hot water took a while to get hot, it does eventually get hot. No alcohol sold at the restaurant

The rooms are very spacious. I was only supplied with one towel. The next door building is under construction, so quite noisy during the day . The entrance is gated and manned 24/7

Very good valued property for the area, friendly staff, small but nice pool area on rooftop, surprisingly good quesadillas at restaurant, skip the chicken burger. Good cups, plates, cooking utensils. comfortable beds, good wifi, close to yaya and Prestiege malls, lots of restaurants within 5-10 min walk. shower pressure lacking. All in all great value.

One side of the property has a construction going on and it can get very noisy during the especially if you in one of the room next to it. So ask to move to other side of the property. But other than that the place is clean and the stuff are very friendly and helpful and the view of the 7th floor is beautiful

Excellent value in Kilimani

Nice hotel is good area of town. Staff are helpful and willing to offer early check-in/late check-out when available. Rooftop pool area is nice, sun for most of the day, pool unheated but by mid afternoon is warm enough to enjoy. Rooms/furniture are dated but well maintained and comfortable. Stayed in 2 different rooms and both had nice balcony to enjoy. Each had simple kitchenette stove and fridge to do some light cooking in which was nice change. Rooms are good sized. Only downside is the plumbing, the shower water pressure is sporadic as well as water temp. That said, i have stayed in near a dozen places here and unless you're looking at places for double cost a night, difficult to get really good shower.

High standard apartments

High standard apartments with good service. The only missing part was the kitchen equipment that wasn´t really organised for cooking, rather expecting guests to order food in the restaurant.

Mixed bag

The infrastructure is brand new and everything is gleaming. The location is great. It is near two malls and is well served by Uber. Many good restaurants nearby. There is a coffee shop on the premises and the coffee and breakfast is good. But... While there are enough staff in the hotel and all speak good English, and all are polite, they lack training - Post Checkin, there is an inventory count of every cutlery, pot and pan in the room, before you are allowed to settle down. This took all of 5to 7 minutes. -, After this person left, we discovered the fridge, the oven and the door bell did not work! Wrong things in the checklist. Any way none of it could be rectified that evening - The fridge and the oven worked the next morning, there is a master switch that the earlier lady did not know about - the calling bell never worked. But they refused to give us a second key as 'it was not allowed' - but the best was yet to come. It was our reservation through Hotels. Com. They did not have a copy, so we gave them ours. They weren't sure if breakfast was included or even if it was double occupancy. Both were clearly written! So we paid for the breakfast the first day and then got a refund on the last day. - The Manager who comes in once in a while is a bit apathetic. He said he would meet us the next morning and then did not come. Subsequently we are told he does not come in on weekends. - No startup kit of water, tea, etc. No newspaper. Internet is spotty
