FALTA DE ATENƇƃO COM O CLIENTE E LUGAR HORROROSO

AtravĆ©s do atendimento da central hoteis.com, ajustamos o horĆ”rio do check-in, porque o estabelecimento nĆ£o concordou com o cancelamento da reserva. Passei por um transtorno enorme para chegar no horĆ”rio combinado e nĆ£o tive ninguĆ©m para me receber. Tive que procurar outro lugar para ficar com o meu filho. O lugar Ć© horroroso. NĆ£o recomendo a ninguĆ©m.

This is a pub. The rooms are accessed via steep stairs. It is a shared bathroom which is only adequate. The locals in the bar are intimidating unless you like the football crowd type of person. The bar was busy every night with proper drinkers. The smell of cannabis in the outside areas was prevalent. If you like the Tv series ā€˜shamelessā€™ you would be right at home here. Saying that I would return if I was ever in the area but itā€™s not for everyone

Dreadful noise from refuse collection throughout the night bottles, rubbish, loud conversations and didnā€™t sleep because of it. Manager refused refund and was disinterested, plusdidnā€™t even offer me the breakfast I had paid for. Wouldnā€™t stay there again. Rather pay a little more for quality and a restful sleep.

The rooms and drinks in particular are exceptionally cheap, the rooms are a good standard, its near the centre but easy to park at, the other people at the bar are nice, the staff are really nice and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Great value for money

Very clean and welcoming. Excellent value for money and a wonderful full English breakfast with tea for Ā£5! I would definitely recommend staying here as I will certainly be back.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The room was clean with crisp white sheets.They had taken into consideration that both myself and my son have problems with stairs and put us on the first floor instead of further up. There is no ground floor as it is over a pub. They had provided earplugs in case of any excess noise. They were not needed as it was not a rowdy pub. Considering the price I thought it was excellent value and would book again. It is not the Ritz but you would not get a room for this price perhaps a chair in the corner. I have seen some of the negative reviews and did not find any problems.

GĆ¼nstig und lebhaft

Pub liegt mitten im Industriegebiet. Das er trotzdem an beiden Abenden voll war spricht fĆ¼r seine Beliebtheit. Gemischtes Publikum. Es kann auch unangenehm laut im Pub werden. Oben auf den Zimmern (2. OG) war allerdings kaum was zu hƶren und ich konnte gut schlafen obwohl ich einen sehr leichten Schlaf habe. Einziges Manko fĆ¼r mich war das Gemeinschafts-Bad auf dem Stockwerk
