Vi havde et meget dejligt ophold. Fik et stort værelse med udsigt over torvet. Helt stille og meget idyllisk. Stort nyt badeværelse med en vidunderlig bruser. Hotellet har reserverede parkeringspladser foran hotellet, hvilket er virkelig rart. Meget venligt personale. Hotellet er perfekt til et stop i Telc. Morgenmaden er fin.

Spartan rooms. Hotel is a cross between the Shinning and The Lives of Others….. Manager unhelpful at best, verging on rude and aggressive Breakfast felt like we were served last weeks leftovers….. Don’t pay for a parking permit… apparently not supposed to charge….and beware of market day when you cannot park anyway outside the hotel In short…. Don’t stay unless desperate, ideally find a local pension……

Lokation great, just next the big square. Parking great, we could for free use a shed there was locked for our MC. Quiet and we had a window to the back so we could sleep with them open, because there is no fan or A/C. Check in was weird. Not sure if the male receptionist was angry or just the way he was. Not my fault he couldn’t find the reservation. Didn’t felt very welcome. But I was to tired and pregnant for this sh.. so I let it go. The room was outdated but spacious and clean. Pillows so uncomfortable and beds really hard. Breakfast was horrible and The juice was the worst’s thing I've ever tried.

The staff are so friendly. The breakfast assortment was the best we have had on our trip. Superior value. We had dinner there as well and really enjoyed it. It was a bit cool so they made sure we had a heater in our room. I would absolutely go back!

Gelegen op het centrale plein van het stadje en dus vlakbij het kasteel. De indeling van de kamer was niet het meest comfortabel. Mooi ontbijtbuffet. Gastheer spreekt wel geen Engels, dus comminicatie kan lastig zijn.

まだシーズンオフなのか、とても静かだった。ホテルのご主人がとてもフレンドリーな良い方だった。寒かったので、オイルヒーターを貸してくれた。食事も美味しかった。部屋も天井が高く、歴史あるような建物。

Out of season stay in Telc visiting friends there so very very quite Cleanness in bathroom was poor as toilet bowl was brown with scale which was disappointing to see but wanted quite place to stay and got it

Flot flot beliggende og det var det

Ældre historisk hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Sengene var godt, og badeværelset var fint, lidt som at træde ind i en anden tid. Til prisen er det uforståeligt at man ikke får skiftet håndklæder og ordnet værelse hver dag. Det var en skam jeg skulle bede bordventilator som der stod på vores kalegori værelse, og jeg opgav at spørge efter de mørklægnings gardiner der stod der skulle være. Ellers flink vært med meget lidt sproglig formåen når der var noget som ikke virkede. Lidt andet morgenmad end det vi er vant til. Jeg vil umiddelbart en anden gang vælge et hotel i en anden by for vi oplevede det som total dyrt grunder UNESCO status.

Don’t stay here - badly managed and overpriced

Poorly managed and not even a fan in a non a/c hotel. When we arrived the reception was empty and as the mechanical as the electronical bell were both muted. After 5 minutes we went to the adjacent restaurant and asked the waiter who doubled as receptionist. He only spoke Czech - my partner luckily speaks a little. Otherwise we would not have been able to communicate. Our reservation was not in their system. I showed him that everything had been confirmed etc but he said it’s not in the system so he can’t do anything for us. We had to insist that he does something about the situation but he needed to go to the restaurant which I understand. He then made a call, then it worked and we got a key to a room. 1st floor, elevator doesn’t work. We carried our stuff upstairs - opened the door to a sticky hot room without the requested queen bed but two single beds on opposite side of the room. We went downstairs and asked for another room or a fan. The hotel was empty but no double bed and no fans available. A/C the place didn’t have which is okay. He then gave us the key to a room with 3 single beds (we were two), equally hot and sticky. We complained at hotels.com who spoke to the manager - a compensation was promised but of course it didn’t happen when we checked out. The state of the whole hotel was run down and definitely not worth the price. Rather stay at places like Hotel Telc or some nicely managed bed and breakfast. We couldn’t even sleep due to hea

Helaas konden we pas om 15:00 uur inchecken volgens een jonge dame met het diploma “ik weet niets” op zak. Inmiddels ook een boete gehad voor foutparkeren van 60 Euro op de voorruit, omdat het centrum van Telč verboden is voor ieder, behalve centrumbewoners. Ik had de diender al gesproken en hij vertelde mij dat het centrum van Telč alleen toegankelijk was voor bewoners van het plein. Hij vertelde ook dat het hotel mogelijk een parkeerplaats had. Of ik maar even naar het bureau wilde komen om de zaak af te handelen. Ik heb Francis gevraagd naar het bureau te gaan en de boete te betalen, dan kon ik een parkeerplaats zoeken buiten het centrum. Francis heeft al haar charmes in de strijd geworpen en het voor elkaar gekregen dat wij de 60 Euro niet hoefden te betalen. Francis heeft mij toen geappt en gebeld terwijl ik 1,5 km met een loodzware tas terug naar het hotel aan het sjouwen was om mij te vertellen dat ik nu wel even voor het hotel uit mocht laden. Helaas heb ik geen telefoon gehoord, maar heb wel wat calorieën kunnen verbranden. We konden gelukkig ook achter het hotel parkeren op een achterstuk met een hellingshoek van 30 graden. We kregen ook hier een riante kamer van 3,5 x 3 meter met uitzicht op de tuin. Wel fijn dat het vooruitbetaalde hotelrekening hield met onze leeftijd. Om te voorkomen dat we wilde dingen zouden doen kregen we twee aparte bedden met een glazen bedlamp op ca 25 centimeter boven het kussen. We hebben de kussens aan het voeteneind gelegd

When calling to announce our late arrival, none from the Front Desk could speak english. This caused us over one hour supportcall with Hotels.com. However, great Thanks to the Hotels.com’s support team solving this matter.

Nous avions réservé une chambre "standard de 22 m2" d'après le descriptif Expedia. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre sous le toit, prévue pour une personne dans laquelle on avait ajouté un lit. La chambre hors salle de bains faisait 10 m2 dont une partie à hauteur de plafond réduite. Le réceptionniste nous a dit que c'était la chambre que nous avions payée. C'est parfaitement scandaleux.

The location was great. The place was clean and, though the property was without frills, it was fine. The main problem was with the check-in. Apparently, the person responsible for the check-in is also responsible for running the property restaurant. I arrived we’ll before the 3:00 check-in and just wanted to leave my single piece of luggage before I went off to explore. This turned out to be a 15 minute process because no one was at the front desk. Then when I returned at 5 pm, he was busy with some customers in the restaurant and no one was at the check-in desk. This took another 10 minutes before the check-in process even began. It was definitely a little frustrating. The price was right but you get what you pay for I guess. That was really the only problem.

Standardní tříhvězdičkový hotel v Telči

Jedná se o standardní třihvězdičkový hotel. jednoznačnou výhodou je jeho poloha přimo v centru Telče a možnost parkování. Ostatní služby (pokoj, snídaně) jsou standardní. Pro služební cestu dostačující.

Velmi dobrá poloha hotelu, jen dojem mírně kazil nejspíše přepracovaný a tak trochu chaotický recepční - vedoucí. Parkování nutno řešit dopředu, hotel má omezený počet míst.
