Pros:
-The room was a little more spacious than typical non-suite Marriot studio room.
-The kitchenette
Cons:
- We switched rooms initally because some items were broke and it was an ADA room. The 2nd room we were in we had to physically push the door close as it never shut completely on its on. Also, later that night, we realized the deadbolt lock didn't work, only that latch thing.
-TV was not on a 180 degree lazy Susan
-As of Feb 2, 2025, Hotel parking was $25. I don't understand why that price given the area, or even why there was a fee. However, there was plenty of street parking, which we did.
-The shower is one of those walk-ins with a partial/half glass wall. So it is impossible to get the steam effect from a hot shower. I couldn't adjust the position of the showerhead which was pointed partially toward the fiberglass shower wall, instead of centerd. And the floor outside the shower was soaked after each shower even with a towel on the floor.
-We stayed over the weekend and didn't realize breakfast ended at 9:30am
-Lighting in the bathroom is horrible for applying makeup
Indifferent:
-Other than the mall, which we weren't interested in, there wasn't much to do in this area.
-The immediate area was very quiet, and the hotel was next to a lux apt complex.
-This is a dual hotel - AC Hotel and Residence Inn with shared ammenities. Check in occurs via the AC entrance.
-Other than breakfast, I didn't see any staff on the Residence Inn side of hotel.
