Nice view of the parks below and the water beyond. Free parking onsite was great, considering the high cost of parking in Toronto. The location made it easy to access areas of interest to my family. We were able to walk almost everywhere, in a half hour or less from the condo. Although the look and feel of the place did not live up to its "luxury" condo title, having two bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen / livingroom/ dining area WAS what my family needed. The balcony was a bonus, that if furnished, may have gotten more attention. Maybe take the luxury part out and say "Downtown Toronto Condo with Water View"would imporove & increase my 3.5 rating. Also please consider better window coverings & fixing the floors. The blinds were cheap and falling and the bedroom curtains weren't hung right. There were multiple gaps between, and nicks in, the floor panels. Also, where the carpet meets the regular flooring to one of the bedrooms, there was something sharp that would stick us in the toes as we crossed the threshhold. Please fix that. Instead of Old Spice as a shower gel, try a neutral brand and smell. Better washcloths should also be provided, as the ones we used felt like microfibre cleaning cloths. Run some liquid draino on a regular basis, as the sinks and showers drained slowly. Consider providing a box or two of tissues, a pair of oven mits, cooking oil or spray, coffee tea, sugar, salt and pepper... and a dust pan. This review speaks to the minimal standards I would ex
