Beautiful decorated riad in the heart of the Médina. From the minute we arrived to al Fassia palace, the staff made us feel as comfortable as possible. We were there for a short time but they helped us make the most it by arranging a tour at a great price. We always felt safe as they had their staff member idriss walk us to our destinations or cab if it was late at night. They made us feel like family, and made our trip to fez that much more memorable
We spent three incredible nights at Alfassia Palace on a two week holiday across Morocco and have no critiques to provide. We were welcomed by Esme, our gracious host, who was kind enough to see to our every need without hesitation. From a delightfully grand breakfast to arranging a knowledgeable guide to show us the ancient capital, the generosity and attentiveness of Esme and the staff at Alfassia Palace will not soon be forgotten. As for the house, we cannot stress just how beautifully it is decorated. The intense attention to detail is evident in every nook and cranny; the painstakingly hand-painted ceilings fit truly for a palace. The rooms are large with luxurious adornments such as a soft bed, a handcrafted headboard and wardrobe. Each room has its own washroom, complete with a full sized bathtub (though other suites have jacuzzis) - not something we often saw elsewhere in Morocco hotellery. The panoramic rooftop terrace views truly took our breath away, providing unobstructed views of major historical sites. Alfassia Palace is located near Bab Guissa in a less touristic neighborhood - a 10-20 min. walk to Bab Boujloud. Esme and the staff’s warm reception made our stay truly extraordinary. Our sincerest thanks to everyone at Alfassia Palace for making Fes the highlight of our trip! If you are seeking a genuinely exceptional experience in Fes, look no further than the beautiful Alfassia Palace! We cannot wait to return, inchallah! inchalla!
Wspaniały, okazały riad, który ma około 600 lat. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Fezu.
