Check-In was wonderful! The young lady that helped us was very friendly and accommodating. The next morning, my husband goes down for breakfast. There were 3 women in the office in the lobby and a small child of one of the employees. The child was screaming, no one acknowledged it. People were coming down to check-out but no one would come out of the office. Actually, no one even looked out to see if people were at the desk. One gentleman finally went to the door and told them he needed some assistance. When I got down for breakfast, there was no bacon or eggs. I went to the front desk to ask if they putting more out, but the lady never looked up or asked if she could help me. The kitchen lady came from the back and put out some bacon (it was basically raw) and omelets. I can’t have cheese so I asked if she could make me some Vegas without cheese, she just kinda looked at me and said, no. I am assuming only one elevator worked because only one ever opened, when it stopped it sounded like it could stop working at any moment. At checkout, I asked for a receipt. The lady stated her computer was acting up. She tried another one, couldn’t get it to work and finally said, I am going to have to reboot everything and I don’t know how long it will be. She said when she finally got it up, she would email me my receipt. I gave my email address and our room number to her. I have yet to receive my receipt.
