I'm going to be honest but fair here, so hear me out. This is a four star hotel. But in my mind a lot of things were missing. 1) No shuttles, I mean you are close to transit and SeaTac! 2) They had a terrible bathroom layout. Barn doors hardly provide privacy and they did not slide clean (horrible noise) 3) forget about having a dark room. Shades did nothing and the flashing light on the alarm was ANNOYING. Also the cheap shower curtain did nothing and the it would flood the floor 4) paying for parking...like really IM STAYING AT HOTEL and it's not like it was in a garage or anything 5) sure, there was a BASIC breakfast. But you shared the space with a bar/ restaurant trying to be way to trendy. You felt out of place and the service did not have enough workers to keep your food fresh or yourself from running out or coffee or juice. 6) no microwave or suitcase holder in room, no ice machine, no hot tub, no vending machines ( there was an overpriced store) and I had to fight tooth and nail to get the wifi (that never worked) Coffee bar was cheap, like we can't even get pods ?
7) not enough towels, and the linens felt cheap and overused, I mean four stars, lacking the upscale-ness I was looking for.
Plus+ It was easy to find. Getting an Uber was quick. Close to the Mall. Safety with key cards to your floor only. Lots of countertop space. Cute closet area Beds where nice and pillows too. Was reasonably affordable but all the Washington tax is killer!
