Basic accommodation
Accommodation is very basic and the photos donât show the apartment in enough details, only the pool, general seating area and the front door.

The surrounding might not be too safe because it is India town, have been told by locals to be careful it alone. But overall was a good stay and experience

Property location was excellent and facilities were good. However, this was offset by sleepless nights due to horrific traffic noises that could be heard even on the 33rd FL! 33A above us were also inconsiderate people rearranging furtniture and crashing about at 2AM in the morning. Additionally the owner of 33-03 gave us a defective TV and did not change it even after our complaints.
Property maybe good value with a good location but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Shame as it has all the elements of being a great serviced apartment and near Little India and Bansgar station.

This property lacked hot water, the shower was clogged, and the check in information had typos regarding Wi-Fi access. There were zero amenities aside from soap/shampoo/toilet paper but was not stocked sufficiently for more than a 2 day stay. Not to mention they donât have a front desk and require a deposit which Expedia and my bank flagged as a dangerous and fraudulent transaction. Easily the worst experience Iâve ever had particularly for the astronomical price relative to competitors.
Good location, and clean room. Services were below average . Washing machine didnât work from day one. Reported and someone attended and confirmed its faulty but never reported or replaced. Had to use public laundry every day. The only word from the property management was âsorryâ .

Upset with service
It was bad. We had to wait very long before someone come down to pass all the keys. It stated here that credit card deposit is accepted but we were asked to make deposit with cash. Not only that, we need to hold to room key which sometimed work and sometimes does not, when we scanned at the lift. There is also another red card for security purposes. So in total, we held on to 2 room cards, 1 security card and 1 parking card, which is too much of a hassle. The 2 room cards are our preference for our convenience but i wonder if they can do better to consolidate the room keys/card and security card together as different places require different cards to enter. Our shower hose is also spoilt from first day, thought we can bear with it till check out and didnt make much of it. We reported it on the 2nd last day, only to realise no one attended to it once we return to the apartment. We were out for almost 12 hours and no one rectified it. They only replied sorry their maintenance already out of shift. There was no courtesy call to apologise at all. Deeply disaappointed in our stay. We wont return again.

Will not come back
Expected more of this as the building is relatively new but walls in apartment already dirty and the shower was dirty too. Also had to wait a long time for the key upon check in, did not really catch that from the booking that had to contact them in advance, now I know that but still had to wait 50 min which is too long time. Also, pretty sure they had been a cat in the apartment as I am allergic and woke up with itchy eyes and ears. Also a lot of noice from the hallway. Price and locations is good though.
Place is good. The stairs up to the bed area is very narrow. Not easy for people with mobility issue.

Excellent Appartment You wonât go wrong
This was one of the best deals and place I could think of staying in.. sleeps easily 6 adults 3x couples.. we stayed two night but will be looking a more on our next return to Malaysia...
I strongly suggest if you have a group that all get on together donât pay for 3 rooms when you can have it all and a lot more for the price of one...
This is just unbelievable for the security and service along with value of money!

We booked for 8pp but the bed provided was only for 6ppl. We are supposed to get carpark for two cars but was not given. The shower head was spoilt n not fixed. Not enough pillows for 8ppl
We were told carpark is per day rm15. Later when we went to pay..we were told per entry rm15. We are charge each time we exit.
The reception was rude. First experience that this apt hotel is run by different agent n is very confusing..time wasted on waiting. No toileteries provided for us. One key for whole family very invonvenience. We were charged on housekeeping

Fab apartment in Little India
Very clean modern apartment. 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine bed. Great for a larger family. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Bridge direct to Bangsar Station. Great pool and gym. Many places to eat out full of locals. Local area great buzz and vibe

The location was good. We had to pay to leave our key at the reception, better if given two sets. The concierge at night not sure about what they are doing, morning staff were better., overall happy!

An extremely bad experience
I didn't stay. At first, I was going to stay for at least the first night but as more negative added to the experience I decided to book another hotel and leave immediately.
I have been communicating with the Managing company via WhatsApp however they didn't answer my last message.
I let them know I would communicate with the reservation service.
The neighborhood is disgusting and doesn't feel safe.
The apartment itself would have been fine except that it offers the bare minimum and it should be clearly announced.
There is much more I could add here!!
I know that the cancellation policy was no refund however I asked to be reimbursed at least one night.
I intend to write more on social media.
