First of all, our hosts were LOVELY. In particular, Mr. Emilio went far and beyond, we arrived in the middle of a rain storm and he came out and assisted us with our luggage even though he got drenched in the process. Breakfast was excellent.
However, the WiFi did not work during our entire stay. We saw other guests walking to the car park area to read their email with the WiFi. The furniture in our room, although modern, was very simple. We had a simple metal folding chair, then 3 out of 5 light bulbs in our bedroom were blown out.
The toiletries were minimal, not seen in 4- or less so in 5-star accommodations: tiny soaps, slim as coins, the body towels were off-white (yellowish)…. Not what you would expect in a 3 star accommodation. The hand towels, however, were fine (white, very clean). Overall, a good place for rest and with lovely hosts, but from our experience, it is a bit overpriced/overrated.
