Just Awesome

Wonderful comfortable place. 20mns walking from the Niagara Falls or 2mns by bus. You can park your car easily there and get access to the city in a few mns. House is safe with all doors locked by a code. Hosts are wonderful nice and helpful. Beds are so comfortable you wonā€™t wanna get up. Breakfast is complete with a large selection of juice, food is cooked on demand, very healthy. A place you can try if you wanna relax and enjoy the falls.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I had an amazing experience. I was able to check in early and even got my room upgraded for free. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here it is right next to the bus stop but also not to far to walk.

Excellent B&B. You get your money's worth compared to other similarly priced motels. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good! Will definitely stay here again.

We tried it as a less expensive alternative to the chain hotels and were very pleased to get a full breakfast as well. Our hosts were pleasant with an "If you need anything, just ask" attitude. Our suitcase was carried up to and down from our room. I was impressed with the efficient room layouts either side of the upstairs central hall ending in an alternative emergency exit to an outside steel stairway. It was clearly intended as a B&B from construction with each pair of bedrooms probably separated by the two associated roughly 5 x 9 foot bathrooms with single piece floor to ceiling tub/showers installed before the walls. The shower had a generous, unrestricted flow superior to any I've encountered elsewhere or even at home - a small luxury. The room was not large but had a king size bed, two upholstered chairs, two side tables with lamps, a table with tea pot & coffee maker, wall mounted TV & a tiny refrigerator. Breakfast was served at our pre-requested time in the downstairs dining and kitchen area on one of three small tables. We had been asked about any special dietary needs at check in. It seems to typically be eggs, bacon, toast & sliced fruit on the plate plus coffee/tea, juice, yogurt and perhaps a croissant or waffle. We noted the gold handled silverware and gold rimmed plates and cups as a definite upgrade from typical chain hotel plastic ware. At each guest check out both of our hosts went to the door to say good bye as you would with your own guests.

Nous avons juste passĆ© une nuit le temps dā€™aller voir les Niagara Falls. TrĆØs bon accueil. Maison charmante, dĆ©corĆ©e avec goĆ»t. Chambre et douche spacieuses. Lit King suĆ©e. Douche avec pommeau et bonne pression. MĆŖme le papier toilette Ć©tait super !! Le petit dĆ©jeuner Ć©tait frais et prĆ©parĆ© Ć  notre arrivĆ©e par la propriĆ©taire qui a dĆ©jeunĆ© avec son mari dans la cuisine attenante. Nous avons pu laissĆ© notre voiture sur le parking de la maison le lendemain aprĆØs avoir rendu la chambre pour aller pieds voir ces fameuses chutes (une demi heure de marcheā€¦ parfait pour digĆ©rer et ne pas galerer Ć  trouver une place de parking sur le site). Je recommande ce B&B les yeux fermĆ©s vous ne serez pas dƩƧu !!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Butterfly Manor and we highly recommend staying here! The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms huge, and the decor really cute. One of the cleanest hotels Iā€™ve stayed at. Breakfast was really good and fresh- homemade eggs and bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt. Close proximity to the falls.

Excellent b&b all around. Very clean and orderly, friendly and accessible owner, breakfast was excellent (eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits, toast, yogurt, etc. etc.), had parking and was in-between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake so easy to check out both places.

First timers to Canada

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time visiting Canada and we couldnā€™t have felt more welcomed. The hosts were so nice and gave suggestions of places to go. Breakfast was delicious and filling with a nice variety of foods. The place was clean and felt safe. If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again!

The owner Wellcome us very nicely and it was like coming home .The bed was very comfortable free parking and the owner even volunteered to drive us to to get thing and accommodate us nicely .I would definitely go back again . When we arrived our room got upgraded which was nice. Staff and owner were very nice. A little outdated but cozy feel. I wish we were able to control the AC more. Overall excellent stay with a nice breakfast. I would recommend and definitely return!

Lovely stay for a weekend getaway!

We had a comfortable, great stay at this cozy bnb. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent and very thoughtful. The owner was especially kind, friendly and so accomodating. Thank you for the lovely stay, we'd recommend to anyone staying in the area and we hope to be back again soon!

Excellent service

We had a lovely stay at Butterfly Manor. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beautiful family room which was very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were such nice people really helpful, attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and welcoming property. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is made by the plate for you. Food is hot and delicious. The owners also asks if there are any dietary restrictions to ensure the best meal possible. This was our first time staying here and will stay again.
