The check in desk only had 1 person working, so if you already checked in and had come back to get waterpark wristbands you had to wait in line again. I’m not sure why they don’t have a person to put the wristbands on in the waterpark. Our room was dirty, lamps weren’t plugged in and I don’t think they had even bothered to vaccum. We had 3 people in our room but only 2 towels in the bathroom.
The water park was very cold, we were told they were having an issue keeping the water warm and that maintenance was working on it but it didn’t warm up while we were there. The next morning they didn’t have coffee, creamer or sweetener out at the coffee bar. All in all, it was our first visit and our last.
