Thos was kind of outside their ability to control, but the elevators went out. We got back from our show at the Moda, and were told we would have to use the stairs. We were on the 10th floor. However, the should have had peope there to greet us us and explain what was going on, and that because of this certain amenities would not be available, like in room dining. They have a bar and restaurant on the first floor. They should have told us if we wanted any food or beverages we should get them now. We got to our floor and we were thirsty and hungry only to be told that we would have to come back down to get. There are ice machines but no drink or snck machines, and we had no water or soda or anything. .
The next morning the elevators were still out and there was no communication. We came down for breakfast. This time we brought our suits, as there was no way we were going up 10 flights of stsirs to get them after breakfast. No one discussed anything with us. There was no offer to open the pool area early because of this, no offer of comped breakfast, crickets.
The pool has no towels, the phone to call was nothing but busy signal. I went and borrowed from the fitness center. The sauna and steam room were cold. One had the door propped open. You woyld think if something opens at nine and check out is at 11, someone would get everything going at 8, so the amenities could be used.
I'm not sure that if I hadn't sent a message through my Expedia, anything would have been done.
