Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at your hotel today, which has resulted in the most unpleasant stay I have experienced in my years of traveling.
The primary reason we chose to stay at your hotel was the availability of the swimming pool and hot tub. Upon discovering that the hot tub was malfunctioning and lacked hot water, I approached the front desk to seek an explanation or to see if there was a notice regarding the maintenance.
Instead of receiving a professional apology or a clear explanation, I was met with extreme hostility from the staff member on duty. When I expressed my disappointment, the staff member dismissively replied that all nearby hotels have hot tubs and explicitly stated, "You chose to stay here because this is the cheapest option." I found this remark to be incredibly insulting and unprofessional. As a paying guest, the price of the room does not waive my right to basic courtesy or the amenities advertised. To make matters worse, when I told the staff member that his attitude was the worst I had ever encountered in the hospitality industry, he retorted by saying I was the worst guest he had ever met.
While I understand that mechanical failures like a broken water pipe can happen, the way your staff handled the situation was unacceptable
