My husband and I were blown away by the service at the hotel, which started the moment we arrived. EVERYONE was beyond attentive, kind, interested, and helpful. One of the staff members even walked over to where we were eating at the hotel restaurant next door (with the most spectacular view of the harbor, I might add) to check on us and make sure everything was going well. I couldn't pass by the lobby without the staff members standing up out of respect. We had been robbed on our way leaving Venice and needed to make a police report; rather than just pointing the way to the police station, the hotel sent a staff member who speaks English to accompany us and assist with the local policeman who took the report; as it turns out, the local officer did not speak any English, so we would not have been able to make the report without the help of the staff member. The views were beautiful, and the room was very clean, large and comfortable, with bright and cheerful decor. They even delivered a little gift each night as a thank you That, in addition to fresh flowers and a bottle of Prosecco in the room when we arrived. Sitting on the lobby balcony for breakfast each morning was a highlight. But, the overall best compliment I can pay this wonderful establishment has to be that they are training their staff to be the most attentive in the industry- not in an annoying, excessive way but in a kind, soft and caring manner. Just go and experience it for yourselves!
