This property was exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. The host met us close to the port and we were able to follow him in to avoid getting lost on the roads (this was especially nice because it was our first experience driving in Naxos and would have been confused on the roads) it was close enough to cute local bakeries and right in between 2 mini markets.
I would just say that this was not what I would consider a luxury accommodations, but my expectations were tapered based on other reviews and the cost associated as it was far less than other places with all the amenities we wanted (2 separate bedrooms, private pool, view)
