There was no one on site when we got there. No answer on the number that was left so we had to Google their sister hotel to find that number. The hotel was very ran down. We had no hot water. New Year’s Eve we came back to our door code not working and they changed it to a generic code that all the rooms would use. They had to have someone come the next day to reset them. The young man who came was very kind. We also found a cockroach on our refrigerator door that evening and when he came the next day to reset the code for the door he brought a can of spray . Very disappointed that we were not told about the situation and ran down condition at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel due to no one being on site to fix the problems that kept occurring and the condition of the property.
