We booked two rooms during our stay — one under my name and the other under Ms. Shuba Rangan. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in Ms. Rangan’s room was not working. We reported this to the staff multiple times, but no action was taken, and they refused to move us to a different room.
The front desk experience was particularly disappointing. Mario, in particular, was rude and dismissive — rather than listening to our concerns, he raised his voice at us. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry, and I hope management addresses this with proper staff training.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location was excellent and the rooms were spacious. However, the poor service and unprofessional treatment overshadowed these positives. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to staff conduct and responsiveness.
