The experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far from what was advertised. The photos on the website did not match reality. Our first room smelled strongly of weed, had a ceiling barely 2 meters high, and was practically windowless. When we asked to change rooms, we were shown two alternatives none of which matched the pictures online.
I requested an upgrade or at least some form of compensation, but was told there was nothing available. When I mentioned to the front desk manager that the rooms didn’t match the online photos, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told, “Well, this is what you signed up for.”
The new room we received had a gloomy, basement-like feeling the only small window was positioned so high up that all we could see were air conditioning units. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere, and even after reporting it, no one came to fix it. It also took 10–15 minutes to get any hot water.
The overall condition of the room was very poor: the walls were dirty and scratched, the furniture was worn, and we even found long black hairs on the bedsheets. The fridge wasn’t turned on, and when we asked about it, we were told it was “only for storage.”
Another misleading detail — there is no public rooftop terrace as shown in the photos. It is only accessible to guests staying in suites.
