Be weary of being conned by hotel staff
Other than a traumatic pick up experience with the hotels driver which i was charged via email confirmation, the hotel was okay.
I wont go into details on what happened as the hotel apolagised for my experience.
On the last day i paid for a night stay on Sunday 14th September 2025 to which the colleague of a worker called Bellamy told me i would have to pay a certain amount. I informed him i had paid for the previous days booked a different price. He informed me he would give me the change later on but he didn't. I chased this up with staff as the guy didnt turn up to work but was told that he hadnt left anything.
Also, i asked the restaurant staff if they do food service and one of the staff told me those. Fortunately, the other staff brought my food to me for free.
The hotel is clean however, the constant need to con my money from some of staff put me off continuing my stay.
A main concern was the lack of english speaking staff which really shocked and frustrated me as staff would continuously laugh at me.
Papy, Bellamy and Chris were the only staff who really made the effort to make me feel comfortable.
